I just took delivery of a used Monterey M5 from Don Hyde Marine with the excellent help of Erich Talbot. He took the time to explain all the features of this boat, helped us get a Survey organized and through all the steps of the purchase. When I arrived to pick it up Erich was there and had the boat summerised, cleaned and polished. He again spent the time going over all the functions and features of the boat, helped us get hooked up and on our way. Having worked in sales and customer service for over 25 years I can honestly say that Erich and the team definitely went above and beyond the call. If you are in the market for a New or Used boat, you will be extremely satisfied with the professional service and experience provided by Erich Talbot and the team at Don Hyde Marine.

Very muddy for spring season. You can fish along the side of the road. Trails are decent, just your typical conservation.

A comfortable short boat ride

Very fast and efficient. It does not seem like an overly busy location so for the most part I think that you can expect to get what you need done quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots of parking available right outside the building.

Been to so many shops, But found a gem here. The search is over. It is nice to talk to people who actually know what they are talking about! Great knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Everything you need for a beach day but spread out a bit much when you have little ones. Tudhope is better with small ones.

The customer service at this marina is extremely disappointing. The attitude from the staff makes it feel like simply speaking to them is a burden. Almost every interaction leaves you feeling like you're inconveniencing them just by asking a question or looking for help. Instead of trying to work with customers to solve problems, the staff are often unhelpful and quick to offer excuses rather than solutions. When you rely on a marina for service and support, that's the last thing you expect. Based on our experience, we will also be letting our friends know about our experience and recommending they look elsewhere for their marina services. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this marina.

We pulled in needing repairs. They were super! Everything fixed and a fair price.

Coming location to rent a cottage water was great for a slightly refreshing yet not too cold swim.
