Car Dealership

Had some car trouble on the way to tofino and Jordan got us sorted and back on the road kindly and quickly

Thanks for selling me a reliable used vehicle that I can trust. Service is outstanding.

Very small limited in store selection. They will order just about anything in if they can find a supplier that carriers items but it might come at a cost depending on the item. Followup on inquiries may not happen as my experience has shown me. Staff were friendly and helpful.

What great staff! They helped us fix the broken awning on the RV we borrowed from a friend. The staff were friendly, helpful and very quick. They were also very fair and honest. Thanks again and we will be sure to recommend them in the future.

Great people know there stuff

Friendly, Fast and a very reasonable price.

I live in Victoria and these guys shipped me the part I needed and it was at my door at 9:00 am the next morning. Great customer service. Ian answered all my stupid questions quite happily. Next time I need a part I'll just call these guys first even though they are almost 100 miles from me.

Probably one of the worst dealer around. Said they did more then they really did with there vehicles. There insurance guy was along with there other people where rude, and where very unprofessional. There was also no one else in the store.... was exspecting a bit more for the price and what they said they didn't actually do.

Do not buy from them, purchased a car from them in the summer with hidden issues, car has a passenger leaked, called them back explaining issues however all they made were excuses and are not willing to fix ANYTHING. When I called to complain, they told me i should had gotten it inspected myself before purchasing, however they showed me a copy of their vehicle inspection. When first purchased, I also noticed that the navigation was not working, i was unaware of this issue, however they claimed they told me and said that I was willing to fix it myself, (why would I fix something that should had been working in the first place and out of my own pocket?) They later retracted that statement and said that the navi stopped working in my possesion and they are unwilling to fix it. Receptionist kept cutting me off, not allowing me to finish my sentences and kept calling me rude (you're rude for not letting me finish) totally unprofessional and would recommend everyone else to go elsewhere.
