Car Dealership

Quick prompt and polite

Friendly staff. Ready to help

Knowledgeable and flexible sales and service staff and management. Very appreciative of the no pressure approach to sales, unlike other dealerships we also looked at during the same period (I’m talking to you Birchwood Nissan). Evan (our salesperson) knew the models and features thoroughly, and was able to clearly demonstrate them. The dealership also provided a loaner vehicle for a week FOC while waiting for mine to be shipped... very impressed with that. Thank you Winnipeg Hyundai, I’ll be back!

Friendly and helpful...staff was very accommodating. #Nissan #love #service #cars

After car shopping for quite some time (months). I came across a vehicle at Alfa Romeo in Winnipeg, have to say I was sceptical it being a Maserati dealership. But really glad I walked through the doors. I honestly felt cared for. Buying a vehicle out of province they lined me up the permit, filled my gas tank up for my long drive back, we’re as speedy with the process as possible. And all at a FAIR price! If you want a vehicle with a clean Carfax, premium service, and to be treated with respect, don’t hesitate to walk in the doors. Thanks Paul and Maus.

I first reached out to this dealership in search of a minivan, and financing. I live almost 400 kilometers away, and they made this purchase beyond smooth and enjoyable. They happened to have a newer van with lower miles that I was able to get for a similar bi weekly payment, and pointed that out. Originally I was talking to Peter, but Steve stepped in and helped out on Peter's day off, and both were helpful. Emily took care of most of the financing, but she also had a day off in there, when Amanda stepped in and helped out with every question I had. When I showed up to actually look at the van, and finalize the sale, everybody was welcoming and helpful at the dealership. While Emily and I were working on the paperwork, Joe came in, introduced himself, and let me know that if there were any issues with the safety (I live in Ontario, our regulations are slightly more strict), or any other issues arise, to not hesitate in contacting him to resolve any issues. Love and behold, there was an issue that did arise, and Joe held good to his word (even though he could have turned around and stated that was my risk and he's not responsible as it was sold with a Manitoba safety) If I am still in this area when I go to purchase my next vehicle, I will not hesitate to return to Auto Show for that purchase.

The customer service at West Coast Motors went above and beyond to accommodate me. Shane was able to pull through for me when I was in a crisis needed someone to help me out quick. He responded quickly and gave his full attention until I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier, I fully recommend going to see Shane and the guys over at West Coast Motors.

super nice staff

The poster child for the greasy used car salesman Steer clear! He'll try to find any way he can to scam or rip you off. Don't believe me? Check the BBB and the MB court registry to start... that is unless you enjoy having nothing to show for your money or having to go to court.

We went to buy a Kia Rondo that is still on Kijiji Winnipeg. Used car, but working. The price went down a little bit. The appointment was at ten o'clock. The Chinese guy, the dealer, showed up half an hour late. When my husband went back to check the car had a huge bump, but unnoticed because he car was dirty. Not disclosed when they discussed it the other day. Then, the car during the test drive for the second time did not sound well. The dealer would not negotiate the price again. My husband felt cheated and left. I hope the dealer goes bankrupt. Don't go there. Of course, the very same day, we found another Kia Rondo that we bought. In great condition. Shame on you, greedy dealer. You are a liar.
