I was on the road when my ‘check tire’ light came on. I have only heard great things about Junction Auto, so I decided to stop there. Todd greeted me as soon as I walked in. When I explained my problem, he invited me to wait inside where it was cool and he would check my tires. He checked all of them, found a nail in one and fixed it, and even took the time to reset my ‘check tire’ light. Friendly, extremely helpful service! I will absolutely start here next time I am in the market for a vehicle!

Please do yourself a favor and stay way. This is a nightmare dealership. I purchased a 2007 BMW M6 from Chicago Auto Place the last week of April (2016) and I've had to tow the car back to them twice now. The car was in their service department, and they were seeking $1000 for diagnosis. BMW themselves only charge $160 for full bumper to bumper diagnosis. It sat in their service department for 2 weeks with absolutely no communications from them. They didn't touched it. Within 2 weeks of buying the car from them, I had to tow it back for a bad clutch and flywheel that cost almost $3000 out of my pocket. 3 months later, I've had to tow it back to them again for internal engine damage ($30000). It's been 2 weeks and I can't contact or reach their service department. I've also had to pay $1500 in maintenance in between the two tows just to keep the car on the road. All they did was hide behind the b.s "as-is". Any decent dealership will at least make sure the cars being sold aren't junk.

After we took our car home, we noticed a couple issues that needed to be addressed. We contacted Enterprise through our salesman, Brandon, and he put us in touch with the Site Manager, Chris Person, who took care of us. They even provided a rental while our concerns were addressed. We were treated well by everyone. The customer service we received from Chris and his team was exceptional. David, John, and Mark, on the rental side, provided great customer service, as well. Thank you Enterprise Aurora!

Called and spoke To Scott. He set up an pre purchase inspection quickly and everything went well. Car only had a minor issue with the door handle which they repaired. Awesome response and purchase experience!

Very high quality dealership. Awesome experience. They take their reputation seriously and it shows. The General Manager Alex really went out his way to make sure the vehicle we chose is in pristine condition. Ibrahim on the other hand was just amazing. I never seen a sales rep not pushy and that actually really knows his cars like this guy. I definitely recommend Alex and Ibrahim at Driven Auto

James and Mia were AMAZING. I have never had such a good experience when purchasing a car. They helped us purchase an amazing car while still keeping it in our budget. They treated us like family and both James and Mia went way out of their way to make this experience as great as possible. We are so thankful and will definitely be purchasing all of our future cars from this Enterprise location.

Today i bought my first car and i didnt really know what i was doing but Leslie and Lisa were a tremendous help figuring it all out. They have a huge selection and great prices! I definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for a car!

Pricey but staff is nice

I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from Craig & Janelle At CY Truck Centre. I recommend it because they take care of their customers! It’s five star service from a small family oriented dealership. I love the fact they don’t hit my pocketbook with hidden made up fees which you find at other dealerships, simply put there’s no games going on, I like the straight up honest,fair deals I’ve got over the years! Having recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership I thought should take some time to share my experience. We do not have a Lexus dealer where I live (Lethbridge, AB) so I had to reach out to an out of town dealer in order to buy the vehicle I knew I wanted. From my first interaction with Aaron Ledohowski right through to my final few minutes signing paperwork with Ryan Ostrove, my experience was EXCEPTIONAL! They offered me a very fair price, responded quickly to any questions I had, and let me make whatever changes I wanted to the transaction as we went. They even picked me up at the airport when I flew in to pick up my new car. Overall a first class experience from start to finish with a great group of people that clearly understand how to service a buyer in today's day and age. Highly recommended!!

I have dealt with this dealership both as a used Volvo owner (purchase and service) and through leasing a vehicle. I can say that up until the point of returning my leased vehicle, my experience had been excellent. However, once I informed the dealership the vehicle was going to be returned off lease, the experience became terrible. There were some delays in returning the vehicle off lease due to an MPI claim. This wouldn't have been an issue if the dealership ordered the parts in a timely fashion. However the delay resulted from the dealership not getting the parts in promptly ( almost 4 weeks to get parts on a 3 yr old vehicle???). it took an additional month and a half to resolve the lease return wear and tear charges (I hand washed the vehicle, clay bar'd it, kept it immaculate) as these were replaced as part of the MPI claim. Now I find out that they have placed a delinquency record on my credit report not from the initial lease return date to date of actual return, but original return date to date wear and tear charges were resolved. That's 6 weeks after vehicle was returned. Run, don't walk away from this dealership. How do I give a negative star rating?
