My truck broke down on Sunday dec 9 2018. I had it towed in and first thing Monday Monday I called and spoke to Lorie (service advisor). She spoke to frank (service manager). Knowing how far away from I was, they got my truck in right away. My mechanic ( wayne)had my truck diagnosed in 20 minutes. Parts were ordered and I was back on the road the next day. And a big thank you to the shuttle driver who took me anywhere I needed to go in Chatham. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to get me back on the road.
