Car Dealership

Went to Forkey's with my daughter looking to purchase her first car. Two days after she brought it home, a/c quit working. They made it right by getting us another compressor for it, however, I am now taking her car in the shop to get new brakes and rotors put on it. This should have been fixed before they sold the car to anyone, much less than a 17 year old buying her first car. Make sure you look over the vehicle you are buying from them before the warranty is up and before you make a purchase. Responding to Derek Forkey's post - Figuring the warranty was up and they would not do anything for me, I posted this review. After reading Mr. Forkey's post, I called them to see about the brakes and they paid for the brakes to be repaired. I am very thankful and I apologize for assuming that nothing would be done. Thank you for working with me and making this right for my daughter. They are not like most dealers out there. Give them the opportunity to work with you, don't assume they are stereo typical car dealers!

CARS BREAK DOWN!!!!! GRAND PRIX I BOUGHT HAD A BAD TRANSMISSION. CALLED THE GUY SAID "AS IS CARS" ORRRRRR BROKEN MAYBE????!!!!!

We have 2 GMCs and a Chevy and Davidson's is where we take them for any warranty work. Their service staff is among the best there is. Their knowledge and quality of customer service is always above par. Moreover the mechanics in the back are at the top of their game. Never had an issue with any of their work. If you own a GM vehicle in the North Country and you take it somewhere else for service you are setting yourself up for failure.

Do not take your vehicle there! They do not fix issues and create more. I took my car in for service and they put parts back backwards; stated it must of been previous job elsewhere. Lies! We have our maintenance records. Upon putting our car in reverse, there was a loud clunking noise, brought it back to Ford and they said they did not screw the nuts tight and were falling off, but not to worry, they won't charge us for their fault. Now, they won't even honor their warranty! DO NOT GO THERE! They are ripping people off ALL the time!!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. When I had a complaint, they treated me with respect and made me feel that they wanted me to be proud of being their customer. And I am!

Yesterday I purchased a chevy Malibu and I absolutely love it. Claude and Clifford was so patient and helpful. They never made me feel pressured into buying a vechile I couldn't afford. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. We did not sit around all day waiting like u do at other places it was just a few short hours and they had us on our way.
