Can I give an extra star? Bruce Koroscil, General Manager of Grand Falls Hyundai and his entire team deserve more praise than 5 stars reflects! On a cross country drive to get to university, my daughter's new-ish Santa Fe died noisily, right near Edmunston. Stranded, in a disabled vehicle by the side of the highway, early afternoon on a weekday, she reached out to the closest Hyundai dealer, Nadeau Hyundai. Nadeau informed her she was on her own, they could do NOTHING at all for 2 weeks. No help with a tow, no let us see if we can find an alternative. GREAT response from a dealer to a stranded traveller with a dead car that probably needs warranty service! We reached out to Grand Falls Hyundai, and Bruce arranged a tow (he's an HOUR AWAY!), a motel room, for the night, and kept in constant touch with both our daughter and her parents to make sure all were reassured. Turned out to be a major repair (blown crankshaft, it was fully covered under warranty, so the folks at Nadeau Hyundai telling her to get lost makes sense!). The repair required a few days at the shop, so Bruce set her up with a loaner! Cannot stress how much his efforts are appreciated. Bruce went way above and beyond to take care of our young, stranded traveller, and he has restored our confidence both in Hyundai as a brand, and our faith that there really are everyday superheroes out there!

I had a extremely bad, Horrible service from a different Hyundai store, i swear that i was not buying a Hyundai again in my life (and to make it clear, its not the car is the sales man), but i made a stop at Nadeau and guess what, i now how a Tucson so its says everything. I 150% recommand to go there

Nice, friendly and professional people there. Must go place before making the final decision.

Outstanding deal and great cutomer service. Ask for Garrett Galagher for best car sales experience. Very accommodating with a rose for my wife, cant get much better than that.

Très bon service avec de beau sourire du personnel

Friendly and excellent service

Had major issues regarding warranty on a item purchased at their store. I had to spend multiple hours in the store at different occasion in order to have them honoring their warranty. I've been a customer there for many years and was spending quit a bit of money in there store. I have never been there ever since, hope things are better now.
