Car Dealership

A. Ok

Great deal

Great service, honesty and integrity is the way they do business

We had service done on our FPace. We are from out of town and waited over 5 hours for an oil change and brake pads. After checking numerous times with the service dept and finally getting a ride back to the dealership and standing at the service desk for info on the why so long, it miraculously "just got done". I have my own shop and have changed oil and brake pads many a time and there is no way it took that long. Very disappointed that they either have an incompetent shop, forgot about us or just plain lied to our face.

I just purchased my new Kia Forte LX+ from the great staff at Birchwood Kia West. Myles was my Salesman and I could not be more happy with the service I received!! I did not feel pressured in any way throughout the process of my new purchase, (which is a big deal to me). Very Impressed how easy it was. I am in love with my new car and would recommend dealing with the fabulous crew at Birchwood Kia West. Thank you Myles, Brady, Jeff and Mike you guys rock!

Great vehicles and staff who know the ins and outs of the features in them. They go the extra mile for their customers

Went in for some parts and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. What really surprised me was the price of the parts. They were cheaper than I could buy them online.

I do not know Ray park I have never met him in person. He phone ed me once and wanted me to trade in my car for a new one.

Always friendly, honest service! I have taken my car here for many years and I trust what I am told 100%. They are never pushy about work that needs to be done, and they don't try and sell me services I don't need! Very well priced as well! Go see them!!

They do a great job. Their prices are reasonable & they even did some little extras on my car & didn't charge me for it. I will definitely give them my business from now on.

Good
