Car Dealership

Great service and a very nice sales experience!

Friendly staff. Willing to help and discuss the difference in the models, this was on my first visit. Next day I went back for a test drive, on the way out to the new SUV the salesperson asked were my wife was. I told him she wasn't available. He proceeded to say that I could make a decision without her and I said yes. He then proceeded to say yes as women don't know anything about cars, I quickly told him that was not the case and my wife was very knowledgeable when it came to cars, motorcycles and snowmobiles. While on the test drive the salesman asked about other cars I was looking at and that I previously owned. He then would bad mouth them, while praising the ride of the test SUV. I told him the test SUV was new and should ride nice. After returning to the dealership I got some numbers from him and left saying I would return the next day. The next morning I went back and asked him to get his sales manager. When the sales manager came I told him how much I liked the new SUV but would not buy from his dealership. He said you won't buy here and I said NO. I then told him what took place the day before with regards to the test drive. He apologized, I then left the dealership, received a phone call later from the sales manager again he apologized and said he talked to the salesman about what he did. I would not recommend this dealership.

I was in the market for a used truck and found myself at Pacific Motors looking over their inventory. Their vehicles were all in such fantastic shape it actually made choosing one a bit difficult, lol. Beyond the quality vehicles the staff, particularly Dave Lewis, were phenomenal to deal with. There was no pressure at all and they were very accommodating with requests for fitting in test drives that worked for my schedule. When I did settle on a truck I wanted to buy they negotiated fairly, including properly valuing my trade-in and stood by their word taking care a couple of small details that popped up after my purchase. I'll be honest, I don't write reviews often but my experience with Pacific Motors was first rate from start to finish and worthy of a minutes of my time to type a few words of praise. Hopefully if you're reading this you'll consider bringing them your business in thanks & recognition for the excellent service and vehicle I received.

Excellent service.

I have been dealing with Crown Nissan since 2008. The staff is always friendly and helpful.. I always feel very comfortable when entertaining this dealership and always been treated fairly.

Amazing people make this dealership place to go for whatever your automotive needs are. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, top notch in every aspect. My thanks to Paul, Ben, Scott and Steve Payne. I will be coming back to this dealership for years to come and I recommend so to everyone.

Went here to look at a car and they wouldn't even let me test drive it. Wouldn't recommend going here

Excellent, great people, great service!!

Impressed with the honesty. Brought quad for repair, anticipated large bill, ended up with easy repair and small billing. I will return to this location for any future problems.

They run Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 hours, and are closed for lunch. But other than that; standard gas station. Free air station which is nice. They also have an attached garage for mechanical work and a used car dealership. Inside the store has lots of this and that for sale in regards to your vehicle. A handy little store for a small town... just remember it runs small town hours.

Scott was great to work with as a salesman. Full of useful answers. Patient. More than helpful in helping get the vehicles I wanted to test drive. Good level of “follow up” without being pushy.

Excellent, service. Very friendly and professional.

Came here to get some damages fixed on my truck. The staff were polite professional and ready to help out. The staff were also personable, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place easily for any body work.
