Let me start with this. I am from Windsor and drove to Chatham to deal with this dealership. From the first e-mail they were accommodating. Everyone working has a smile and are friendly. It makes a huge difference when everyone is nice and great to their customers. I dealt with Marcy which made the experience painless and she was great! It was the little things like she had Rav around front waiting for me to test drive before I even got to the dealership. I didn't wait at all! She was upfront and wasn't pushy. She explained the whole thing very well and I couldn't recommend her enough! The dealership as a whole makes you feel at home. I couldn't have had a better experience and trust me I will tell everyone I know to come here.

Had bad experience with this place. was charged a very high price, like 7-8 times the estimate they told me and when we got the car back there was a long scratch on back door. Very disappointing service. I probably wont be opting this place any more

Deborah was fantastic to work with!!! She helped me find the model that was right for me, even though I pretty much had my mind set on the XC40. She walked me through all the features before we ordered the vehicle. Once it came in, she even set aside a good chunk of time to help me set up my vehicle settings and ensured I left with no remaining questions.
