Car Dealership

I just wanted to personally thank Andrew and Angela for making this important purchase easy and straightforward. Not only were they professional but very friendly and I never once felt stressed as they were not pushy. In fact, I ended up getting a 2019 CX-5 for an amazing price. I had mentioned to them I was going to another dealership to compare and the other dealership did not even close to the price Performance Mazda quoted. I will highly recommend Performance Mazda to all my family and friends. If you are looking for a vehicle, old or new, don't bother going anywhere else. Once again, thank you.

Excellent dealership, great customer service and if they don't have the car you want they will find it for you.

No one was wanting to help me get a vechile, that would suite my needs. Jon sat down with me and got me the perfect vechile that did suite my needs. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, truck, suv or mini van. No matter the credit mine is horrible & still approved.

NO STARS. DON'T purchase any vehicle from Showcase Auto Sales in Chesaning, Michigan. They misrepresent the vehicles they offer for sale. They advertised a truck on Car Gurus as having one owner, no accidents, Michigan car. Actually the car had four owners, one accident and came from Canada. They took a deposit to hold and will not return the deposit. Take your money someplace else, anyplace else. Please beware, the truck is posted again on CarGurus with the same false information. Their website, Facebook page and any advertising they have on the internet offer no fax number or e-mail contact, there is a reason for that.

Great price with great personal service and no high pressure tactics. Their service department is also excellent.

We had high hopes coming here and our hopes we’re definitely met ! Everyone is very accommodating and helpful. If you need a car asap come here you won’t be disappointed. They have a wide selection and easy process.

Amazing customer service. My family and I are very pleased with our purchase.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR FROM !!! THE SALESMAN CHARGED ME FOR EVERYTHING HE POSSIBLY COULD INCLUDING A WARRANTY THAT I WASNT ABLE TO USE FOR ANYTHING . A WEEK AFTER I GOT MY CAR THE ENTIRE BTAKE SYSTEM FELL OFF WHILE I WAS ON THE ROAD !! THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BROKEN PISTON , SO MY ENGINE BOGS DOWN EVERYTIME I ACCELERATE. OVER THIS CAR AND THIS PLACE IS SHADY. PERIOD . 2015 car has more issues than my 2003

My time with Mikey Z was great! He and the rest of the employees we worked with were very accommodating and gave lots of help. I will definitely be going back for any future car needs!

Stopped in with my new Jeep I bought at their sister dealership in Cortland with a couple of questions as I'll be taking my car Here! Always friendly and up to speed on all Products that are sold at both dealerships You can always tell your good when you see the same staff and they know you by name Showed me how to check my oil life app No charge no money told me We'll see you In a couple of months Highly recommend this dealership good people like their jobs

Had two new tires put on. They were very quick.

Had an amazing experience here with Andy and John Reed. John made the whole car buying experience painless, quick, and very simple. I never felt pressured or rushed at all to purchase a car, it was all about what I wanted and what was best for me. If you’re looking to buy/lease a new car, John is the man to see! And I absolutely love my new car!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Stan Kosinski was one of the most welcoming and professional representatives I've had the pleasure to work with. I'm looking forward to getting my next few vehicles at Fred Martin Ford.

I bought a 2013 Ford F250 from Troy for my roofing business in April. I found D'Lux Motors to be fair, honest and easy to do business with. I would highly recommend them for your used vehicle needs.

My wife and I just returned from making our second purchase from Terry Henricks Chrysler and are very happy with our experience. Our salesman this time around was Michael Gruen and he had the vehicle we were interested in warmed up and waiting for us when we arrived. We purchase a used one-owner 2007 Ford Expedition EL that had been sold new by Terry Henricks and was also serviced by them. I called the service department prior to deciding to buy and they were very helpful by going over the service records and providing an estimate of how much recommended maintenance would cost. We had a similar experience a year ago when our salesman was Austin Johnson who has since been promoted to sales manager. We purchased a used 2016 Chrysler Town and Country and my wife loves the vehicle. We live in Michigan about an hour and a half away and expect to be return customers based on the great value and service we received. I highly recommend this dealership.

I needed a custom support column and bracket for residential application. The RVA crew needed minimal guidance on what I required, and in a relatively short period of time, fabricated a quality product with good pricing. I'm very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

I've had great service from these people for the longest time until today. Had to call the cops on them due to getting assaulted by the new owner. Also got my window broken due to the buy punching it. They look like good people at first glance but my money is better spent at LKQ OR Kenny U Pull

Went to look at a vw golf via Kijiji. That looked likela good deal. I asked him before I went if the timing belt was changed and the breaks. And said it was all good. After driving from Ottawa first thing we look at is the timing belt and it was cracked.. took it for a drive, the rotors needed to changed. Then proceeded to lie to my face saying there was no acidents on the car. And handed me the car proof which indicated there was 3. Waste of a drive.

Very friendly.
