We spent few hours in the dealership looking at different vehicles. The staff was lovely and very helpful. We test drove a few cars with Mihail, and he was more then glad to explain all new features and details. Overall it was a great experience, and once we make up our mind on the model, we'll be back for the purchase

What a beautiful place. And of course, what beautiful cars!

I had my 18 F-Type towed in with a blown out tire and walked in the following morning with no expectations. I was first greeted by Lara up front at reception who was extremely welcoming and directed me to the service department. My advisor was Michael Goffredo and I cannot thank Michael enough for his transparency as well as going above and beyond. The process was seamless and was passed over to David who had a loaner vehicle already prepared and was clean and fully gassed. The dealership experience as a whole was phenomenal and I would highly recommend as they do seem to take pride in their work.

Excellent service to both Amine and Angelo and the Excel Honda team! Both stayed late answering our many questions, patiently, kindly and enthusiastically too! On the delivery day, Amine even went beyond and helped us transfer the car seats from the old car, install our own floor mats and clean the back of the driver seat that my child quickly soiled with his boots -- help that's really appreciated to make the transaction smooth with hangry kids!

My wife and I had some problems with our brand new RV. Our side door electronic auto step slipped out and was stuck. We were travelling cross country from Alberta to Newfoundland. The manufacturer advised us to go to an RV dealer to see if they can help. We went to this dealership and what an awesome staff they have there. They were kind and very helpful. The warranty dept from the manufacturer communicated with the service dept and they fixed the problematic step temporarily so the we were able to travel safely until we got to them in Kitchener, ON. The staff were kind, helpful and lovely people. The service staff are skillful and knew what what they were doing. Oh, we need to make a mention to a beautiful canine, Maggie too. Sylvan at LeBlanc's was so helpful! We had just taken possession of a 2009 Itasca 70kms earlier from Superieur VR in Joilette, who were unwilling even to help us find Leblanc's which was a half block from where we were stuck. Sylvan quickly saw us and determined the problem was a faulty battery. Sylvan took us to the local Canadian Tire to return the battery on warranty, and when Cdn Tire said they needed 6hrs to test battery, Sylvan gave us a battery from his shop so we could get going right away!! They are well stocked with supplies and service over 40 of their own rental RVs, so we highly recommend LeBlanc's for any service you need to get on your journeys!!
