Darrel and Matt were extremely helpful in purchasing my 2018 F-150. I was able to do everything over the phone and by email, and drove down from outside of Edmonton to pick up the truck. It looked great and had everything my wife and I wanted in it for features. This was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had, because it was stress free and I was able to trust they were giving me the best deal. I shopped around the bigger dealers in Edmonton and none of them provided the same level of service or were as helpful. Thank you again Matt and Darrel and I will for sure make the 3+ hour drive when it comes time to getting another vehicle.

Over the years Ive had the pleasure of purchasing 2 silverado1500s. The parts dept. Helped me pick out tires and a leveling kit that gives my truck it's own personality. SPC is the only place I trust for sales and service. Tons of Expertise. Dedicated friendly Staff. Professional, reliable group of people. Hats off to the guy that runs the show!

I have never submitted an online review but I felt that I had to share my experience with Ash (sales) and the staff at Park Mazda in Sherwood Park Alberta. Due to a collision one of my vehicles was a total loss and I was now rushed to find a replacement a couple of weeks before Christmas. I was looking for a very specific premium used vehicle which had to have certain options. Frustrations with local dealers in Winnipeg led me to broaden my search. This led me to Ash and Park Mazda. Ash provided me with a Car proof, mechanical safety, original vehicle build sheet which detailed all of its options from the manufacturer along with over 60 photos. He answered all my questions. In communicating with Ash, he immediately gained my trust which is no easy feat. Ash gave me straight answers and got back to me in a very timely fashion with a straight answer when he needed to research it. From there Alyssa called me to arrange the financing and I was approved. Alyssa was aware that subject to financing, I would be booking flights ASAP. Alyssa expedited the process and I was able to book flights for my daughter and I to Edmonton that same evening. The next morning, we were greeted at the airport by Vanessa who drove 1/2 hr to come and get us. Vanessa was fun to chat with and made us feel very comfortable from the minute we jumped the vehicle. She safely shuttled us to Park Mazda where we met Ash and put a face to the name. We road tested the vehicle with Ash and it was exactly as described. Ash and the Manager Chris finalized the deal. Chris gave me a firm hand shake and looked me straight in the eye. To me that says a lot about a persons character. Randy the mechanic facilitated me taking a look under the vehicle. Randy was patient and was actively listening to my questions which he answered in terms I understood. Pat was a pleasure to talk to while he completed the finance and vehicle purchase documents. He treated us very well and we were done in no time. I have been driving for the last 26 years and have bought numerous vehicles. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had ! Ash gained my trust to the point that I was willing to fly to Edmonton to buy this vehicle. Every staff member we dealt with was attentive, personable, honest and genuine. Keep up the good work Ash, you listened to me and understood how important it was for me to have all the answers prior to flying to Edmonton. I can’t say enough about everyone I’ve listed in this review and especially Ash. Thanks for making my buying experience a pleasure. I had asked a few vehicle questions of a local Winnipeg dealer prior to calling Ash. Ash guided me through the whole entire process, we flew to Edmonton and purchase the vehicle before the local dealer even got back to me about my inquiries. We had a great 15 hour drive back home. Ash followed up by calling me to confirm we made it home safe and sound. Ash, Vanessa, Alyssa, Chris, Pat and Randy I wish you all the best. Dealing with the public can’t always be easy but you guys sure impressed me with your professionalism and 5 star level of customer service. Park Mazda may be 15 hours away from my home but they have gained my trust and I will look to them for my future needs. Honest dealership that takes care of its clients. Mark Macguire went above and beyond to get me into the perfect car for me at a fantastic price. Andrew Stennett was expedient in solving any problems that arose and did everything he could to make me happy (I am extremely happy). I left with a car I love, I didn't feel pressured in any way, I felt the staff were completely transparent, and I'll be recommending Sherwood Dodge to anyone and everyone. 10/10 would buy a car from Sherwood Dodge again. One of the best purchase experiences I’ve ever had!!! Everyone from the salesman to the manager to the finance staff were incredible. There are so many other dealerships out there that make you feel like it’s a privilege for you to shop with them At Sherwood Nissan it was a totally awesome experience!! They treat you with respect told you straight up what was what!! The salesman Gordon was very professional and went the extra mile to a sure that I was happy. Hannah in finance was incredible she was able to make the deal happen still treated me like she was interested in me not just pushing a deal through!! They will get all of my future business!!

I needed an oil change and usually book my service visit, but on this day I stopped in and they were more than accommodating. The service was also completed earlier than expected. It was a great experience and the service staff were super pleasant.

Back in June of 2018 my son passed his driver’s license. On our way back home, we stopped at the dealership, as the "GIANTS" were parked along the road. After a quick picture to send to mom saying, "LOOK AT MY NEW RIDE". Fast forward to November, I was in the market for a new truck I called in interest for a F-350. Matt Irvine was assigned as my sales advisor. He returned my call and we began discussing my requirements for a truck. Upon searching inventory online, I found the truck that my son and I had looked at in June. A CUSTOM-BUILT DREAM MACHINE for my wife. I told Matt the story and We arranged for a test drive. The next day the TEAM at SHERWOOD FORD made it all happen. FLAWLESSLY, NO HASSLE, at a price that still baffles me (ITHINK I STOLE IT). I will be recommending this dealership to all.
