Car Dealership

This review is for the David Berube salesman, at Pointe Aux Trembles location. This salesman spent a great deal of time with me, visited the dealership, and made it happen. Hardworking, patient yet persistent, personable and courteous. If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend Mr David Berube. This was the 3rd dealership I went to in two weeks time, I almost gave up on getting a newer car than I had, the experience was so draining, I figured it was best to just keep my old car and wait another year. I found good ratings from APA on Google for Albi, thus my decision to make a visit. By that time I was so tired of the process. But David Berube was enthusiastic and worked his but off to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted, and he did it all in 1 day, I drove home the same night in my new vehicle, this guy will not let you down. Bravo David Berube! You delivered, no more stress for me to car shop! 19/09/2018 Unfortunately I will be editing this review very soon, as I have a major problem and I have been waiting since 27 August 2018 for a return phone call and resolution of a matter soon to be made public if it is not taken care of.

They were so good at what they did I even gifted them a bottle of Pinot Grigio. The showroom is spectacular and the staff is incredibly professional, informative, and friendly. They delivered above and beyond my expectations and I will be recommending Duval Mercedes Benz to all of my friends and colleagues

Merci pour le bon service, une belle nouvelle voiture a un tres bon prix

Mrs Ayisah had a good deal with patrice Lord....supper happy

Very good service. They give honest advise and they don't try to sell service you don't need.

Excellent service all the time.

Merci Très bon service

The service was amazing!! It has been a little over 2 weeks with my new car and I am loving it!! My boyfriend is loving it more than his own car!! Def will recommend to my friends and family.

The staff here is so knowledgeable and professional. I trust them completely. And I've never felt as if they were trying to pull one over on me. They never pressure me to do anything to my car and explain everything well so i can make a good decision about what needs to be done to my car. Loved my experience at Lombardi !

"Sold me an accidented car" I have bought a mitsubishi lancer from this dealership. They sold me a car that was rebuilt after an accident, without telling me that I was purchasing an accidented car. I only released this after I started to see the paint on both bumbers start peeling off and the original color of the number was red. Never think about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They only care about selling a car. I asked them if it was legal to sell an accidented car without telling the person they said yes....they make you sign the papers so fast you cant do anything after. Now when I'm trying to trade in my car no one wants it because it has been accident. If you ever buy a car from here you better watch you back.

Tres content de mon achat. Merci
