I was shopping around for a used car earlier this year and was getting sick and tired of going to various dealerships, and looking at multiple cars. I saw all the typical sales tactics and almost gave up. But then a friend recommended this place and it was a breath of fresh air. I did not feel pressured and the whole process went smooth. Seems like they genuinely care about getting you in the car that you want , and as well as offering the best prices around. The service at this business was pleasant. From the initial contact on the phone to the service at the counter, they were polite and helpful. However; several items were missing from my car. The trunk contents were intact. The console had several irreplacable personal items, which are now gone. There were a bunch of lottery tickets. All the good work at service was blown out of the water by these missing items. Not very impressed!!

I had been having the worst time locating parts for my TGB 2007 Key West. Some how I stumbled upon Go For It Sale's website. I was a little uncertain at first because of how difficult it is to find parts, but Don worked with me and was excellent. He even helped me find a few parts that I couldn't find in the parts catalogue. Ordered the parts and they arrived in great condition and very securely packed. I will definitely use them again for future parts.

I got an oil change and an inspection done on my car a few weeks ago; during the inspection multiple problems were found with my brakes, my tire, and many other aspects of my car. Thankfully the service team was able to rectify most of these problems, and especially Jean who kept me informed and was extremely attentive. I have had an amazing experience with this dealership and I will be going back for future service.

I’ve been super happy since buying my second Sorrento and having South Trail Kia do the service. I dropped it off last night to be pulled in during the morning and before I was even finished breakfast it was ready and WASHED too! Easy to book, easy to drop off, easy to claim, and easy to drive away when it’s had a little spiffing up too! Never been disappointed in the last nearly 3 years of working with South Trail.

I don’t even know where to begin! My wife and I were looking for a particular vehicle online and doing some price comparison. We found the best price at Ninaco. I had never heard of this dealership before so went and looked at reviews and saw nothing but positive reviews and I now know why. Flew out from SK as could not beat his prices. Alex met me at the shop at 10 p.m. even though they were closed. Answered all question, chatted everything cars, kids, life etc. What an incredible person! Knew I was in for a long drive back so he provided drinks and a gift bag. Even threw in an extra set of brand new tires!!! Never had this good of service in 30 plus years!
