Car Dealership

First time with their service department: They refused to replace the rear wheel bearings under warranty because (more than 700$ CAD), according to them, I covered with grease the damage. I always make the service in Nissan. Nobody else touch my car. How can I do something like that if I am not even able to change a tire? They also refused to replace the rear door handle covered by my extended protection plan (more than 180$ CAD), because according to them, the plan doesn't cover damage by rust. I went to Metro Nissan LaSalle and they solved all the issues. Indeed, the wheel bearings are covered by the basic warranty. The handle is plastic, so doesn't rust; they repaired it. No problem at all. Unethical, unprofessional and disgusting. Never again. AVOID!!!!

Amazing service. Julien Beauregard was our rep and was beyond helpful. I'm working with a very small budget and he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Choose another dealer for repairs we were not treated nicely at all

Worst experience in a dealership ever. Took man appointment but had to wait an hour for the car to be brought from other location - not having to deal with this was the whole point of the appointment -, car was VERY dirty with trash under the seats, lots of rust on it, and to top it all I’m offered a third less for my trade-in than the average price I got from other dealerships. This is presented as “good news”. I made the argument and 30 sec later I was offered the same. Really tried to reap me off.

First, this is the single most positive car buying experience I have ever had. These guys aren't like a typical car dealership with hidden or extra fees. No pushy attitudes, always courteous, and quick to answer inquiries or concerns. Jeremy and the rest of his crew are true masters of their craft. Jeremy went out of his way to make sure what I requested on the car was done and in a timely professional fashion. Other car businesses should look at these guys as a blueprint for the way things should be done. Highly organized and in-house professional customizations. My hat's off and if I or anyone I know is ever looking for an exotic car, I know who to call. They beat the competition by 11 parsecs - in price and service!

do not buy from them used very dishonest and sell you dangerous cars and defective cars and when confronted with the issues told its something eles when it a major problem sold me a car with a defective transmission and missing bolts for the braking system thats was very dangerous. sales man knew about all the problems and the manager was just rude and didnt care if people get hurt in there cars they sell.
