I recently bought a new truck and they have been absolutely stellar in every step of the process. Jeremy Hamilton and Dustin "Big Foot" Stone were absolutely awesome! Thank you so much for going all those extra miles for us.

The team at Nissan South are all super helpful. I was in love with my car before I even showed up for the test drive, but I was concerned because I wanted to sell my old car before getting into a new one. They were patient and helpful throughout the process and were able to take my old car off my hands. I left feeling lighter (because I didn't have to worry about selling my old car) and excited because I was driving away in my dream car. Thank you Jasmine and Adam for all of your help!

suckssssssss！i bring my new car there for the first maintenance this saturday morning. After that when i got home, i found the oil lever is above he high marks of the dipstick. the tire pressure was 45 psi (should be 33 psi). i went back immediately. the lady named carrie-jean cheaters talked a lot with unwillingness. they adjust the oil level later. after that i checked oil level in the nissan store, still too much oil. then i tuned back to that lady. she told me i would wait for 4 hours for the adjustment. i waited and waited for 2 hours. and went to see how is the things going on,--- they throw away my key out of the door!!! ---how dare does customer service doing that !!!! i m out of range angry at that time. i took the photo, then i told all these things to a sales manager, he bring my car inside with unwillingness. 10 mins later a tall aged man bring me inside the workshop, he told me the letter "H" on the the dipstick mains 'hot'. because my engine is still warm at that time, so the oil lever should be on the letter "H", such a genius!!!! Before you guys go there, think over my experience.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BEING FRUSTRATED HERE!!!

I have bough several vehicles from capital gmc, Melanie in the service department is amazing, they look after me every time, even tho they are very busy. I trust them to get the job done right the first time and at a reasonable price. They even installed a supercharger on my truck, a big investment, and they regularly service that too. My whole family and all of my friends bring their vehicles here, never a complaint. Do yourself a favour, come see these guys, they work hard to keep you coming back

Called about an ad on Kijiji. Sales lady was very rude on the phone. She said the SUV had a couple issues. So I asked what they were. Her reply was "I don't know, I'm not a mechanic". I asked for the business name; she asked if I could read English because it's in the ad. It's not. Don't bother!!!!

Only just got into the country to start my 2 year working VISA. You can imagine someone like me has limited money, buys a car that has no clutch, very unsafe to drive. Asked for my money back. They would not refund me. Insisted I go to AMVIC to complain. They have no care for their customers whatsoever. Manager says hes an honest person. An honest person would not sell you a car worth more than its repairs. Very upset. Not a good welcoming to Canada. A place like this should not be able to continue business. Please read reviews before even considering going to this place.
