Over several months I looked at the German and Japanese built sport coupes. The Mercedes and BMW were the top choices after test-driving the vehicles. Working with Florin (Internet Sales Manager) at Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley made the process much easier. Florin made sure we saw the exterior and interior colors, options needed and had us test-drive several vehicles to help us with the decision. With his knowledge of Mercedes/AMG vehicles that were available and the 2019 models specification we ordered a new 2019 C300 coupe. Florin stayed on the top of our order letting us know where it was in the process. His attention to detail, sense of humor, and no pressure approach made the whole purchasing process much more enjoyable. Anastasia in the finance department was very friendly and helpful explaining each of the steps as we went through the paper work process.

Took my Elantra in for an oil change and I received excellent service, Rory was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the extra little services, filling a chip in the window and fuel additive, for reasonable prices! They also washed the exterior and changed the washer blades I had purchased elsewhere but never found time to do myself. I also found the extra maintenance list they gave me informative so now I can choose what needs to be done when I can afford it without the surprise bill at the end! I recommend coming here if you’re ready for fast friendly service!

The folks at O.T.S are very knowledgeable, good to work with, honest and fair. They spend enough time with you to ensure your full understanding of any issues that you face either mechanical or electrical. Since first meeting them a few years ago, I now always turn to them first so they can provide the solutions. I even "try" to get them to work on equipment that they do not normally sell or service. I have a very strong comfort factor when dealing with them. They work to correctly isolate the root cause of problems and then resolve them for the long term. This is the only farm equipment dealership I have ever felt like providing a five star positive review for and I, therefore, do strongly recommend them. They demonstrate that they truly care for your operational needs and customer satisfaction. Their depth of knowledge is a pure benefit to our operation.

I bought a used 1999 Toyota Rav4 from this company two years ago and I am very pleased I did. This company, at time of sale, told me to come back to them at any time if I had questions or concerns regarding the operation, maintenance, etc of this car, and they would look after this car. THEY HAVE BEEN AS GOOD AS THEIR WORD - I have 'popped in' a few times for them to check a situation that I felt should not be happening with the car, and they have immediately checked the car, adjusted whatever needed attention, and sent me on my way. IN SUMMARY, I bought a car AND a maintenance team.

This guy treated me better than my own family would have. I'm pretty cheap when I make big purchases so I made sure he had the cheapest truck I could use for work in all of Edmonton then expanded my searches to all of Canada (his prices could not be beat), once I realized what I was looking at I scrambled down there and bought it before someone else realized it was the deal to be had. I jumped the gun on it and bought it before I had all my ducks lined up I still needed to reissue my licence so I asked him if he wouldn't mind storing it for me while I deal with everything. Not only did he comply he wouldn't let me stay in a hotel, he put me up at his place, he drove me all over Edmonton, called in personal favors to help me deal with having slightly under par ID faster than I could have on my own and did all this AFTER the truck was fully paid for. This man is incredible he bent over backwards till he was standing upright again and set a new president for going above and beyond. I would give 100 stars out of 5 but I don't want to break Google.

I had an amazing experience at L.A Nissan. Neil Studholme took such good care of us and has a clear passion for his work. There was no pressure, and he was very realistic with us and very personable. He was able to answer any questions I had, and truly just cared that I got into a car that I felt was right for me, even if it was not a Nissan. Though I didn't wind up going with a vehicle with L.A Nissan, Neil stood out as a salesman from everywhere I looked. I would highly recommend L.A Nissan and Neil as well!
