Today, I had a appointment it was an excellant experience! I was scared before going because I checked out reviews, stars, and comments beforehand. Turns out perhaps all reviews are (not so accurate) because people have certain personalities that are hard to please! I am very pleased with the service and surprised how professional they are! My truck that was in another secure impound got transfered to this location for me to grab my stuff by icbc. I was in middle of know where working! When i came a month after being at copart, went to get belongings to find all my bags and belongings were stripped out of cab and thrown in open box of truck out side! And anything of value stolen , about 5000$ worth of belongings gone . Made a inquiry with front desk, and nice laddies were concerned! Manager asked for to go to office "shawn" who wouldnt give me full name! And told me thats what they do, through all your belingings out of cab, into box. Wonder where they put stuff from a car? He told me its my fault, that i didnt come to get stuff sooner! Disgusting! The secure lot which my teuvk was at prior , accounted every item that was in truck prior to going there to copart. A investagator even assesed belongings prior to going there. Hard pill to swallow after truck was found after year and being told everytging was still in it. Crooks

. Fraserway Rv buying experience. Bought 2018 used motorhome for $620000 from Fraserway Rv Leduc. This was a big mistake.. This unit has multiple problems such as. Awning will not roll out even if the motorhome is level. NOT FIXED Storage compartment is falling out. Fixed Generator will not start. Not FIXED Coach batteries were old and dead. Fixed with 2used. Kitchen faucet seals where gone. Fixed by my self. Back up lights not working. NOT FIXED this is a AMVIC issue. Bad Vibration when driving Fixed this is also a AMVIC issue. Wrong coach door key Fixed. Stereo NOT FIXED. Fibreglass delaminating. Engine belt squealing NOT FIXED So do your self a favour and buy at a Rv dealership that makes sure mechanical repairs are done before selling and you can get free firewood and propane RV toilet paper and chemical for life.

I have been working on my own cars for years and have always bought from the dealerships. Donna is the first parts associate to make my interaction pleasant. After finally deciding to part wayswith my first vehicle I found myself feeling completely overwhelmed when looking for something new. I checked out a few places (I brought a male friend with me... let’s be honest.. I’m a walking target to be taken advantage of lol) anyways... i left every place feeling pressured and like I wasn’t getting the help I needed. A friend of mine recommended I try here as she had a good experience and it couldn’t have worked out better. Neither my friend or I were left with many questions, nor did I feel like I needed to bargain back and forth. All in all I left there with exactly what I wanted and now a few weeks later I have ZERO buyers remorse. Thank you Rahim for not being a salesman and actually helping me out!

My parents were out visiting and were having trouble with their RV, we were able to get it into them the next day, the operations manager took care of them personally, going over their list and getting everything done in record time. Would give 10 Stars if the option was available. Thanks so much for taking care of them

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. HE SOLD ME A CAR FOR HIGHER THAN THE MARKET PRICE AND LATER I REALIZED THERE WERE MANY DEFECTS. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. I HAVE SPOKEN TO OTHERS WHO HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.
