My husband and I just bought a new GMC 2019 2500 from this dealership. The first truck located fell through because of another dealership's unprofessional actions. Our salesperson was Jamie Flood. He went out of his way to deal with this and found us another truck. He was professional and caring. The front office staff were very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience for car or truck buying!

Shane was fantastic in helping me buy a brand new Type R. If you're serious about buying one, go to him. The other dealer I went to was a waste of my time, the dude there didn't know jack about the car he was trying to sell me. Another dealer I was dealing with via the internet stopped replying to my emails. Another one didn't even bother playing ball. Shane on the other hand clearly knew about the car and made the process in buying a new car smooth and painless.

Brian Coneybeare was a delight to work with. He was very quick and informative when responding through emails providing great communication for any questions I had, price quotes and finance options. He was such a pleasure to deal with through emails, that I decided to drive all the way from Hamilton to go and see him. Once I arrived Brian was extremely pleasant. He was not pushy but very helpful at the same time. He did not try to pressure me but he made me feel that he had my best interest in mind. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle on the spot. Even a few months after my purchase I had an issue with my XM Sirius radio and Brian was instantly on the phone on a three way call with myself and Sirius to try and fix the issue. I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Brian. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle please ask for Brian personally as you will not be disappointed!

Great prices.

I purchased my first ever car at Auto Style and did not have a favourable experience. The people were lovely and seemingly helpful however the quality of the product they offer is questionable. I am now 6 months after the date I drove off the lot. To keep my vehicle on the road I have already spent again more than twice the amount I purchased it for, before finally being told that it is structurally unsafe due to frame rot. It is possible I had a bad egg, but I would not personally go back and request their assistance in purchasing a car again.

The customer service aspect of my visit was lacking badly. I scheduled an appointment for 1 of 3 recalls on my F150. It was booked 1 week in advance and the night before i was called and asked to re-schedule to the following week (which was fine). I received a call the night before my appointment to inform me of said appointment to be there for 9am. I arrive at 9am to be told the parts for my vehicle are not in stock and that I would have to come back the following day (Which should have been organized prior to calling me the night before my appointment) I bring it in at 9am the following morning and drive by the dealership at 3pm to see my truck still in the same spot i parked it that morning. I receive a call that afternoon telling me that my vehicle would have to stay overnight and i would get it the following day. I was provided with a rental vehicle which was set up by the dealership in the wrong name, but was later sorted out by myself and enterprise. I bring back the rental to the dealership and am told my truck is parked out front to the right and was just washed. I walk out of the dealership and my truck was parked to the left and completely dirty. Just seems to be a bit disorganized.
