Car Dealership

Great staff and service

Great tire shop! Fast friendly service!

An RV repair place that will actually try to fix something rather than replace it.

The folks at O.T.S are very knowledgeable, good to work with, honest and fair. They spend enough time with you to ensure your full understanding of any issues that you face either mechanical or electrical. Since first meeting them a few years ago, I now always turn to them first so they can provide the solutions. I even "try" to get them to work on equipment that they do not normally sell or service. I have a very strong comfort factor when dealing with them. They work to correctly isolate the root cause of problems and then resolve them for the long term. This is the only farm equipment dealership I have ever felt like providing a five star positive review for and I, therefore, do strongly recommend them. They demonstrate that they truly care for your operational needs and customer satisfaction. Their depth of knowledge is a pure benefit to our operation.

Wonderful staff. Good prices. Great service. No pressure sales. Ask for Scott or Lee

Great Guys!

Good small town service business. Hard to find one that acts this way anymore. Thank you.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I made an appointment to go veiw a vehicle that I was really interested in. And on the day of my appointment 2 hours before I came to come look at it they sold the vehicle right under me. And I had been talking to the dealer about the vehicle for a week now so they knew I was really interested but they sold it anyways. Plus the customer who bought it from under me thought it was a long box when it was a short box. So first bad service by selling it from under someone. And second bad advertisement because it wasn’t a long box. Sorry guys but u we’re not on point %100. Everyone I’ve told about this situation said that you were in the wrong not me. So I’m sorry that u think u have great service but you don’t. There was this girl named “Sherri” that was very helpful and I’d love to deal with her again but the one that was not helpful at all and was giving me bad service is “Kyle” so just beware of Kyle because he cannot be dealt with. Even after he sale I called them to talk about why they did that and to tell them they were in the wrong Kyle (one of the employees) told me that I was the one in the wrong. The guy who bought it thought it was a long box because they advertised the ad wrong. That’s the bad service. And the way Kyle treated me when I decided to call and ask what had happened was not acceptable. And I checked on Kijiji and it’s still wrongly advertised. They had aslo texted me after the other customer bought the vehicle and returned it. The text said: hey if you are still interested in that truck it’s for sale again. And I said no thanks I already had gotten one. So I’m sorry for the bad review on u guys but if it would’ve been handled differently then I would’ve written something positive. Thanks.

I've always enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff and owners, as a small town GMS covers your needs for agriculture

Really great service, went for a RV frigerator problem, the mechanic took a look at it and 20 minutes later it was done. Explanned to us what it was if it ever hapenned again.

Great experience

Great customer service, Mike T. was very accommodating and continues to provide after care service. They were willing to negotiate the price and the dealership is extremely professional place to walk into. Everyone from the receptionist to sales, to service was great to deal with. Overall great experience!

I came in to get service done on my vehicle and was beyond satisfied with the cleaning that was done. Very good service by the Asian assistant.

Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West did an absolute amazing job helping with the purchase of our new vehicle. Incredible staff, very welcoming and accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile! From Brandon the GM to Dari the sales associate, to the finance department and everyone else who took part in our experience, thank you so much! Will definitely be doing more business here!

Marissa makes the best quesadillas!

Excellent past and present experience with Crazy Horse. I brought my 1997 trailer to him and several major repairs and they completed the work at a very reasonable and fair price. The negative comment from Shelley about Crazy Horse is very unfair and inaccurate. Shelley did not own the trailer she is referring too. I sold her the trailer after Crazy Horse completed all the repairs. She had no dealings with Crazy Horse, it was with me and my trailer prior to her taking possession. Her review is just malicious.

Only the best people work here. Very friendly and the service is fast and efficient Thanks Doug and Don
