Car Dealership

Great service, very attentive, took care of my needs, they are quick and willing to find every solution to make me happy. From start with Michael, Sales Manager and to the financial advisor, they were very informative and gave me excellent service within 2 days. I felt taken cared off.

Just purchased my 2 Honda. First was from Excel, glad I didn't go back. Spinelli experience was far better in every aspect and I highly recommend the dealership.

Je n'avais pas eu le temps de déjeuner avant mon rdv. Quelle bonne idée d'avoir mis un petit café pour les clients. Service toujours rapide et courtois. On m'explique bien les réparations et les coûts.

Excellent service to both Amine and Angelo and the Excel Honda team! Both stayed late answering our many questions, patiently, kindly and enthusiastically too! On the delivery day, Amine even went beyond and helped us transfer the car seats from the old car, install our own floor mats and clean the back of the driver seat that my child quickly soiled with his boots -- help that's really appreciated to make the transaction smooth with hangry kids!

Abysmal doesn’t even begin to describe this dealership. Brought in an end of lease bmw to trade for a new mini a month ago, and here’s what they’ve managed to screw up in 4 weeks: the bmw is still not noted as being paid off by mini, and is STILL UNDER MY NAME even though I haven’t owned it in over a month. When I took possession of the mini, they gave me the wrong spare key, and said the batteries were probably dead. No, your sales guy gave me the wrong key. When I went to have the key reset (again, they insisted it was a key problem), Ramy said “I can’t just reset it like that, it takes time!”. A mechanic walked by and asked him if he cross referenced the VIN numbers to make sure it was the right key, and Ramy rolled his eyes and said “it’s not that”. It was. They gave me someone else’s key. Unreal. Waited over 2.5 hours for a tire change. Was told the car was in the wash, and an hour later was told “it’s really in the wash now, haha”. Ramy in the service dept is incredibly arrogant, and inept. A set of tires were supposed to be ready “as of” a certain time, I arrived shortly after that, I ended up waiting an hour and a half because “the guys who get the tires were on lunch”. He loves to pass the buck, and nothing is ever his fault. Same with John, the manager. Avoid this joke at all costs. Taking the bus is a better option than buying from them. The only redeeming quality: their mechanics are really down to earth, nice guys. Note the proliferation of 5 star reviews lately....interesting. Rather than fix the problem, they try to gloss it over. Caveat emptor.

Incredible service. They went the extra mile on cleaning my car while it was simply a "complimentary" wash. Fast and efficient service. I will go there again and again.

Those cars are beauti😃

A Unique Dealership in Montreal: I would like to thank Spinelli Lexus Lachine’s wonderful team. Leasing a new vehicle is not simple but Spinelli Lexus Lachine made it quick and easy for me with their expertise, Leasing a vehicle was always a stressful process for me but they took out the stress and made it enjoyable for me. I admire Spinelli Lexus Lachine’s expert & dedicated professionals who are very courteous and kind. I must say that each individual is exceptional & a perfect fit for their job and I am extremely satisfied with not only service but also with the choice of LEXUS cars...we leased two vehicles and are really enjoying our new rides. This dealership is unique in Montreal and it was fun doing business with them.

super nice manager......

We are always so well received and taken care off. Post sale is better than the sales team!! Jacob and Nano, from the servicing department, regularly offer an un-parallel after sale care service. Last year, they both went beyond their role, during the crazy Xmas and New Year cold period. The service center was closed but they managed to personally bring us a courtesy car to support our family needs during that time. Our car had a dead battery. You guys rock!!

Great tire service!

Rent your trucks kenworth..coastly but worth every bit for a comfortable ride. Exsprance is worth it for your travel trucking journey.

incredibly clean, and the staff is very polite and helpful.

They no longer have any good mechanics... all the good mechanics have found better jobs elsewhere and management sucks. Good luck dealing with Rolls Royce, especially if you have to deal with Frank and/or David. I am giving Rolls Royce a 1 star cause that's the rating they deserve in my opinion.

Honorable people
