My husband and I had a great salesman (Ryan Grabowski) help us buy our new car. He was patient as I had some worries to work thru. He was professional and once I told him my limit we stayed within it. He was very courteous and pleasant. We did a couple of test drives on the same car to make sure it was the one. The dealership was very friendly and the courtesies were numerous. As we filled out paperwork they did a wash and a full tank of gas. So pleased I went here.

I haven't had many pleasant experiences buying cars from dealers in the past. When I found out (online) Haley's had the car I wanted, I was resistant to look at it (for being a dealer). Drove there and met Tim Harris. No words to describe how honest and great he was. I am super happy with my purchase. Next time I need to buy a car, I will definitely be contacting him. Great job Tim !!! You are fantastic.

The worst experience ever! Sold us a car that could have killed us! Then said they would fix it but almost killed us again. The most mentally unstable, rude, crazy, out of control, disrespectful man I have ever met. I feel sorry for him because he is such an angry little man. I don't understand why he would ever want to run a business like he does. Please do not do business here. You will be beyond disappointed as he will rip you off. So sad that there are people like this in our beautiful world...

Robbie is the best!!!! He pulled a miracle and replaced my tires for snow tires ahead of a trip in 4 hours. Hes also purchased our latest Land Rover Discovery for the best price. He has also found our company two new Denali trucks for a sweet deal. Rob is an amazing car resource ....from buying a car to service or repairs. Hes the car guy.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership, Walt was my salesman and he was nice and informative and not pushy whatsoever, Oliver was the dealership manager and was happy that he came to the right price for me well inside my budget. Please watch out and never buy any vehicle from this willowbrook motors ltd by Langley bypass. I have lost business and my most important time due to Willowbrook Motors Ltd. They have failed every time to fulfill their commitments. Hungry people just to get good reviews but doesn't care about their customers, their products they are selling to them and their services are the most pathetic not at all reliable. I bought a brand new pick up truck on last year September from Willowbrook Motors Ltd for my new business. To stay out of trouble I choose to buy a new vehicle over the old one but Willowbrook Motors Ltd have failed and sold me an inappropriate junky vehicle. long story short- 1) they sold me a brand new truck without horn working, left tape residue over the back windows and the sales person was keep asking for good reviews.
