Thank you for the great service I received from Langley Chrysler this past week. I own a 2016 Dodge Caravan with 76,000 km to date. I started to have some issues with my power door locks. Everytime the doors were locked or unlocked there was a loud buzzing sound coming from the passenger sliding door...and then the sliding door on the driver's side locked permanently- not allowing me to use it at all. I went to Langley Chrysler and explained the issues, knowing I was past warranty due to my mileage. This was the 3rd new vehicle I had purchased from them and I was hopeful that they would stand behind their product...and loyal customers and cover the cost. I was very relieved and grateful when I was assured that they indeed would fix the electrical locking issues at no cost to me . This would have been a very expensive repair for me, and I will certainly continue to go to Langley Chrysler for my next vehicle in the future. Thank you for starting off my New Year on a happy note.

This has to be one of the few times where a customer submitted a postive review without purchasing a vehicle. I am disabled and am unable to get into the driver's seat unassisted. I'm afraid I was guilty of "wishful thinking" but then "reality set in" [with my wife's help :)]. Meanwhile I wasted the sales person's time [Scott Miller], Jeff's time [Service Mgr] and Jay's time [Sales Mgr]. They all went out of their way to accomodate me; and were most understanding at the end of the day. I've been driving Subaru's for the past 45 years [the last 25 yrs they were purchased from Wolfe Subaru] .... I have nothing but good things to say about the quality, reliabilty and safety measures built into their vehicles. Further, I must say that any potential customer would not go wrong dealing with Wolfe Subaru where the customer means something; as opposed to many businesses these days where customer service means "zilch". This is my 3rd car from Wolfe Langley Mazda and this was my best experience by far. Aaron was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He understood want I was looking for and what features would be important to me and which features were not necessary for my life. I would absolutely recommend Wolfe Langley Mazda and ask for Aaron!

I can't praise Jake at New Leaf enough, he was passed our names after we purchased another car and found out that our credit score bought us into prime rate at last having moved to Canada only a few years previously. We wanted to re-finance our other car to get out of paying the much higher interest rate but owed more than the car was actually worth. Jake was able to hook us up with a great deal at a prime interest rate and we got a fantastic brand new truck :-). I would highly recommend.

Spent a lot of time looking at different 2018 vehicles from all the car manufacturers. So far my best experience was at Jim Patterson Subaru with salesman Scott McVey. He was pleasant and zero pressure. Let me test drive 3 different models on my own for as long as I needed.
