Car Dealership

So I got this used vehicle from the guys at Hot Wheels about 3 weeks ago and I went to start it this morning and the battery was dead. I didn't have anyone else to call and I called George and he was at my house in 15 minutes with a charger and some machine to check if there was power running through my engine. I didn't have to waste my BCAA call because he came. I don't know any other business that would do that. So happy I bought my car from them!

Purchased our Toyota Hiace from JDM Import in April 2018 and Ivan was a pleasure to deal with. He worked with us to ensure that all routine maintenance was completed with our purchase (timing belt, water pump, thermostat, fluids, tires, etc.) prior to our 18,000km road trip throughout the U.S, BC and AB, which we just completed without a single issue. We took the van over countless steep and windy mountain passes, up forest service roads, through Death Valley when it was approaching 50 degrees celsius, and much more. The van just kept chugging along without the slightest hint of hesitation. It still looks and runs like new. Just an amazing van and great business to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Thanks to Peter and the entire service department. Great service at this Surrey location. The service managers go out of their way to help, I'm actually surprised compared to other dealerships. They actually do investigate the issues throughly. Highly recommend. Though I haven't found solid evidence, but the Surrey location might be using a higher grade synthetic oil compared to other dealerships, because I don't need to top up near the 8000km oil change.

Kirat one of the salesman was really polite and helpful his customer service was really awesome. He gave me the most affordable deal i could ever have at the reasonable price with the warranty of 4 years. i love the car and recommend everyone should consult them if you are searching for cars.

I had a problem with my Camaro car. It was showing a massage of reduced engine power and some other issues. The service center representative was nice and I have no problem at all with his handling of my concerns. He called me same day and explained what causing the problem and he provided me with cost estimate to fix the car which was around $800. He called 2nd day and said the car is ready. After I received the car I faced completely different problems which was not occured before. The car become terrible and I have to drive it back to the shop. After another diagnostic they claim that I need to change one sensor cost another $600. This not acceptable to me. Why this problem was not in the car and appear after repair? Why I lose 2 days from my time go back and forth? I think next time I should use different agent.
