A good old-fashioned service station that is family owned and operated. They do small engine/motorcycle repairs, have snacks and beer, and an air pump. Worth the detour to avoid cookie-cutter McGas stations owned by big corporations.

I purchased an excavator from Bill and was very satisfied with his professionalism and delivery. He even honored a request to obtain an operations manual for the equipment. I would certainly do business with Bill's Sales and Service again.

Seemed like a decent guy to work with. Offered a decent trade in value for my current vehicle + a fair price in cash for an inspected ready to go vehicle.

Stayed open hours after closing without ever rushing. Professional and knowledgeable, down to earth and fun team. Smooth transaction - all work well together and go the extra mile. Timely and appreciated follow up after purchase. Comfortable, clean, environment. It might be years before I buy a new car, but when I do, I'm going back to Saint J Subaru. Thank you, all.

update: Due to the extremely poor service I have been receiving, in the form of complete disregard by my salesperson, or any manager willing to take my call, or call me back, I was instructed to call Evan Loschiavo, the Marketing and Relations Director. I tried him several times last week. I left messages with people at St J Auto. I left messages directly on his voicemail. Surprise Surprise, I have not heard back. All their comments are is lip service. If you have paid, they do not care to take your calls anymore. I spent 36k+, and cannot get a simple callback. Due to this, plus the consistent ball drop and ineffectiveness of the staff, I would recommend staying away from this place. Customer service is nowhere close to priority #1 for this group. Avoid.

I love tractors

Bruce King jr is not a professional, nor is this a professional operation. I asked Bruce for a quote or an estimate IN WRITING, and he was baffled. He said he has never given an estimate or a quote in his whole career. I dropped my vehicle off and asked him to CALL ME if the job was more than his VERBAL quote. He was $200 off on a $400 job and never called me. I could never recommend someone who does not do what they say, as now I am sure the labor I was charged with was also fictitious. The guy sits a desk next to a phone all day long, but the idea of calling his customer, when he agreed to do so, just eluded him ?? More like, "I'm going to overcharge this customer, NOT call him, and after he gets his bill it will be too late for him to do anything about it". Not too smart for a small town operation. Terrible experience.
