Car Dealership

Probably one of the worst dealer around. Said they did more then they really did with there vehicles. There insurance guy was along with there other people where rude, and where very unprofessional. There was also no one else in the store.... was exspecting a bit more for the price and what they said they didn't actually do.

Great Body Shop and Service Dept. Great customer service from the Body Shop and Service Dept. I cannot say the same for others.

We had a great experience at the Coquitlam Morrey Nissan dealership, in general, but specifically with Ben Firouzian. He was extremely helpful from the first test drive to the conclusion of the sale. During the test drive of the Nissan Leaf he was extremely patient and helpful in explaining all the features of the electric car as we had never driven one before. During and after the sales negotiation, he was also very accommodating to ensure we left the dealership very happy and satisfied. We highly recommend the dealership and specifically Ben.

Super happy that my starting point was through Basant! As it being my first time the experience, the process from beginning to end there was great. If you’re looking for someone in particular that won’t be pushy and make the overall experience dreadful then you need to ask for Nate. He is fantastic, super down to earth and will make sure he meets you halfway. & his sense of humor will make you want to come back!

Such an amazing service! My sister had brought a car awhile back ago and told me to check this place out when I was looking for a car! I ended up getting a car couple weeks ago and still so in love with it. I like to keep my options open like most people and did go to other places to compare. I came not only because they have some great selections of cars but also the way the talk,explained, and put NO PRESSURE on me for buying a car! They had helped through everything and answered all my questions with out hesitating. They had all the car proof and the papers everything ready to go when I went to go pick up my car and everything went smooth without it being complicated. retracted, I was looking for dnd auto aka absolute motore

Usually I don't write reviews, however now I must write. 7 months ago I purchased 08' Dodge Charger with 225k km on it. Mechanically car was 8/10. Exterior quality 9/10. Interior 6/10. 10k km passed and almost no technical issues, just minor repair of the parking brake. Dealership staff was very friendly, gentle and helpful since my bank messed up with the statements and I was very nervous. I hope this car will serve me a long time and I can definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Worst service I ever had, Very rude service manager!

I believe some of the vehicles they have were in minor accidents and that's why the prices are so low but the work they've done on them is probably even better than what they were like from the dealer. I got an SUV and couldn't be happier with the way it drives. The service is great too. Very friendly.
