Shawn was a great help to me locating and supplying a BDS lift kit for my Tundra - Bryan personally assisted in the delivery (few hundred pounds of steel, etc...). I can't say anything but great things about this shop and these staff members - Shawn additionally spent time trying to locate a Volant snorkel kit. I'll be ordering parts for my toys from Super Bee again! Awesome service, great communication...and genuine people. Thanks guys!

I have been in the RV business for over 30 years. My wife and I, have been operating a small RV rental business for the last 5 years. Was in collision and vehicle was brought to Gustafson's for repairs. The day I picked it up a month later, the shop closed for the day. After leaving it was immediately noticeable that there was major troubles with steering , brakes, fluid leaks. Brought vehicle to dealership in Houston were they found leaks from front of engine and hole in transmission pan, also two broken u joints in front drive shaft they thought contribute to steering problem, repaired. Added 2 liters of antifreeze to to top coolant. Left to work in Canmore Alberta, truck overheated, when underneath could see leaks from water pump had truck towed to Canmore Chrysler. They found water pump, tensioning pulley, power steering pump, front ujoint, pinion seals, rear seals, all shot; oil pan leak,EGR problems.When repairing noticed fan pulley had been cross threaded wrecking it and fan clutch, which had been replaced at Gustafson. Cost of that repair alone was$2 700 and another$ 11 000 for what they had missed. This happened in March of 2018, with a lot of being mislead by them and ICBC, no calls being returned from Carey Gustafson, I would strongly suggest not to use this dealership for anything, you couldn't possibly do worse any where else!

I won't be dealing with this dealership, nor will I recommend it to any friends or family again. I purchased a Silverado from a gentleman 4 years ago who had some minor body work done on it. There was a scratch that needed some touch up.Truck was brand new with under 2000 km. Here I am four years later and a considerable amount of rust is showing. I approached Smiths to see what they could do about it. Before they even knew where the work had been done they informed me that whomever had done the fix did a poor job and that I should inquire with them because it wasn't right or acceptable. After speaking to the previous owner, he informed me that it was actually Smith's that did the repair. I had another visit with the dealership who said they'd make it right. Two days later I recieved a phone call saying they won't do anything to help since I'm the 2nd owner. Regardless, a reputable business such as this should hold themselves to a higher standard. My trucks repair wasnt right or acceptable to begin with. Even the employees said as much. Like others have said. Once you're sold on one of their vehicles you're brushed aside. I wouldn't bother dealing with them again.

Response from customer: The fact that Rivershore even mentions the fact that the vehicle wasn't purchased from their dealership says volumes about this dealer. Warranty restriction because you drive on a dirt road?? That's a new one... Way to push the barriers of shadiness to new limits with that comment Dan. No demands were made. We asked not to have any work done and attempted to remove our vehicle from the dealership. They in turn placed a lien on the vehicle for less than $50 for what basically amounts to a charge for not letting them overcharge us for a repair. I had this done elsewhere for half the amount they attempted to charge. We in turn made them pay triple this amount to respond to our complaint in court. AVOID this dealership. Take your business elsewhere. These guys are a group of shysters. AVOID. Original review: Basically tried to charge double the going rate to replace a brake caliper that was faulty on one of our jeeps that was less than 50k out of warranty. Refused to extend any discount or consider what the other quotes on the work were. We had the jeep towed out of their shop and had the work done at another local dealership for half the amount Rivershore tried to charge. Now here's the best part... They invoiced us for $50 for time and trouble having our jeep sit at their dealership before I had it towed out. They did nothing. I received harassing phone calls and emails on the unpaid invoice. were not going to pay a hostage fee. End result is this dealership is so crooked they put a lien on the vehicle for $50! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Cole,Mike and John are the sales people that helped me into a 2017 Ram 1500 they are awesome. I just recently traded that Ram in for a 2018 Jeep wow, thus far the Jeep has been awsome fun! It would also be my pleasure to add Naomi's name to the great people who helped me.

Trucking needs?

Do not recommend this trailer park for anybody that is not a human being. There will be signs of life there, like people visiting your neighbors, dogs barking at passing cars (from inside the house, during the day) and fathers and sons fixing cars in driveways. If you are not a fan of these things (cough cough #&) maybe you should think twice about purchasing a home here. Or if you already have maybe you should suck it up and stop making the entire neighborhood hate you and your screaming children.
