Car Dealership

I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing staff at The Honda Way. I was travelling home to Kamloops and had some issues with my tires, rendering my vehicle not safe to drive. The staff there, especially Lisa, were amazing. They fit me in ASAP, clearly explained the problem, and were exceptionally fair on the price to fix it. I may have had to spend the night unexpectedly but The Honda Way truly did their best to ensure I was taken care of!

Stay away from this dealer they judge you from what car you drive and how you look. I pulled in with my honda civic wearing work clothes parked walked the lot went into showroom not one person acknowledged me. I left came back a week later in my 2018 range rover svr had sales person running outside to greet me.

Car I bought from them makes a rubbing sound when turning right I’ve been calling and calling and yet no response what so ever from them to fix this issue I might just go to the better business bureau and file a complaint

Jason and the team at Get-Away did a fantastic job repairing my Lance camper. I had damage all over the camper - both sides covered in scratches, a hole in the skin on the underside above the truck cab, and I had also damaged the roof membrane. When I picked it, up I thought they had replaced the whole camper! The repairs were perfect and there was no sign of the damage. They provided excellent customer service all along the way - right from when I first showed up unannounced with a damaged camper until the day I picked it up. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Such a great dealership with a creative team. The wonderful thing is that you can trust a family business more than anything else. They provide you with the correct information and make you choose exactly what you want. Good luck guys!

Great customer service always from the Murray GM Abbotsford team. Over the past 5 years of vehicle purchases and vehicle service appointments we have always been looked after as valued customers. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle or for service. Well done and a shout out to Service Rep Cole for always doing such a good job looking after me and my wife when we come in for service appointments.

Very Friendly team of people working at Murray Kia. Great follow up from this group. When I booked my service appointment I received a call a few days later to reconfirm/remind. I also received a follow up email a few days after the service was complete. The dealership is clean and comfortable to hang out in while waiting for my servicing to be finished. The whole team is fantastic!

Bought my used car from Honda way at the automall. Great customer service

Was treated like a VIP. Found the car I wanted at the price I needed. Ankush Bali helped me find my new car, he was very kind, honest, and respectful, would highly recommend him. While I was buying my car all the staff were looking after my every need. Two thumbs up from me

Steven and everyone else were very knowledgeable, approachable, and a huge help in picking the right car for me. Excellent customer service.

Bought a 2018 wrangler here last summer and it's been great for getting out and exploring! The purchase was quick and easy thanks and I never felt hassled or pushed once. Been back once for an oil change since then too, called and they got me in and out the same day. They even did a little cleaning of the interior which was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated since the jeep gets a little dusty off-roading

Have had to look no further than Abbotsford Chrysler in recent years to fulfill our vehicular needs. Always attentive and thorough in ensuring the vehicles they've put us in are exactly what we needed. Have recommended to many friends, none of whom were let down either!

Very friendly and efficient! Came out after to fix a minor problem with our glove box we forgot to mention without charging us. They swapped out all of our air filters wich made a huge difference, and they fixed our brakes so they're even better than new. The employees were incredibly friendly and informative, and kept us up to date on everything they were doing. They also charged us much cheaper than our last car brand by almost 200 dollars for the same service. We've definitely converted to lifetime customers!

Had a very good experience .Dev helped to get a good deal on the pathfinder .

I haven't been in to Abbotsford Volkswagen for a while, but I have to say the new location is amazing and the energy is positive and lively. I was greeted warmly and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I will definitely be back!
