Amazing! Allowed me to test drive a car right before closing and stayed open late for us. The next day all the paperwork was in order and I was able to drive away with my new beautiful car. We requested some additional information and it was given with no questions asked. The car was detailed and clean and the price was perfect and fit my budget (with some adjustment on their part). Love my new car.

Highly recommended! I believe this is the best used car dealership in the Niagara Region. Being part of bigger auto group and high volume they are fairly priced with professional services. I had my transaction with Matt who had been very humble, honest and very professional who made my transaction very smooth and pleasant. Unlike my past experiences finance manager was very quick and to the point- she didn’t waste my time pushing for warranty purchases- though all the important info relevant to the warranty was communicated to me.

I've been to quite a few dealers to see what my options are for buying my first car at 19. When I walked into Toyota, I was met with Darcy, I told him what I was looking for and what I'd be using the vehicle for. Originally I was looking at the Toyota Highlander, at which for my needs he introduced me to the Toyota RAV4, which fits my needs perfectly, and is cheaper! Which was the car that I bought and decided to drive. Darcy has been nothing but great, and didn't pressure me into making any decisions, he laid out all my options, and had no problem adjusting to my needs. I would recommend anyone going to Toyota to go and see Darcy, he will treat you the best and make sure that you are taken care of.

I had issues with both my 2014 Honda Accord Touring and my 2016 CR-V. The Accord was making squeaky noise upon starting in cold weather and an interior issue with the CR-V with the driver seat. Dal Petrina the shop Foreman personally called me and asked for a video of the engine noise as opposed to bringing the car in. I sent him a video and he was able to determine the problem just by looking at the video. I booked both vehicles for service at Image Honda. Reception was excellent and I was provided with a rental vehicle for the duration of the time. Dal should definitely be recognized for going above and beyond.
