I had 2 experiences with this dealership. First was horrible, the second much better but still not great. First Visit, about 2 years ago. See a used car on Craigslist and stop at the dealership to look at it. The salesman doesn't talk to me much but starts getting the car ready right away for a test drive. I didn't even ask for a test drive yet. The car has no gas, he runs around with a 10 liter jerry can and puts some in. I take it for a test drive and the car didn't handle well, and felt rattly and beat up. I come back and he says "you like it, let's go talk price". And I told him that I don't like it and don't want to buy it. He starts YELLING at me "why did you take the car for a test drive if you don't want to buy it". SERIOUSLY!!! So I told him that I don't like the car and that's all there is to it. I thought we were going to get into a fist fight he was so angry. I could not believe it. Second visit, few days ago. See a car on Craigslist that I like and even though I hate the place stop in and and have a look. Tell the different salesman from last time that I just want to have a look today. Salesman was very nice and pleasant and did zero sales pitch on me. But then I ask if the car is a rebuilt and he says YES. The add said the status is clean! Sketchy stuff. The car looked okay and I said maybe in the future I may come back and take it for a test drive and salesman was very cordial and just said "no problem, anytime". So while the second visit was pleasant the fact they misrepresented the car status in their Craigslist listing really bothers me. The status of the car wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, but makes me wonder what else they lied about that I don't know about.

Bought a vehicle from Renato at Company of Cars. He was laid back and let us test drive any vehicle without hassle but also provided info when we needed it. Great communication. Easy trade in process and quick transaction with every aspect of buying located in house (including a mobile insurance person). A better experience than a traditional dealership.

I suggest you never go there! You can totally see when someone to extort every single penny out of sale. He was trying to to charge for things I didn't ask, so in short, he showed me a bill for 457$, I found it was a little high, look at it, as why this and that and found out he was charging me for stupid hidden fees that I would not have to pay at a fair competitor, After I reduced the price to 285$, I decided I'll go do business somewhere else and I pay 300$ for it. that 15$ difference is explained by I don't give a them f you price are a little higher, as long as you do not try to Fudge me with hidden cost that I didn't ask for!

Professional staff, good service

Roman made my first time buying a new/used car very pleasant. He was informative, personable, and not pushy at all. We showed up with out an appointment and left that day with my new (to me) 2014 Mazda3. The manager Dave helped with a few things and was very welcoming. Jarred in the finance department took great care of me and was very personable also. If you are looking at this dealership, I would highly recommend them. Thank you again to all for your great work!

I'm not shy about writing a negative review when I feel taken advantage of, however rarely write a positive review because I feel I only received what I paid for. I do feel compelled to review my most positive experience in dealing with Rob. I found him to be professional, knows his product without the hard sales tactics. I know cars, wholesale and retail. The car I choose was priced fair, I was given a fair price for my trade and the car was exactly as described, inspected and detailed. I couldn't have been happier. I've read all the positive reviews and now add my own. It's true. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking for a good clean car at a fair price.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a Hyundai a few years ago and get it serviced here annually. Recommended this Hyundai location to a family member who ended up purchasing a car and was asked by a sales associate to post a 5 star review on google before picking up my referral check (this kind of request is probably pretty common amongst dealerships).

I don't even want to rate them, there are several reasons why I strongly regret for talking to them. Let me explain everyone in a clear, They called me several times and said we will give you the low interest rate financing from 0-3%. After contacting me several times I was like ok I will visit the place and see if I can have any better chances of lowering my interest rate for good vehicle. The guy who called me took some details like what model I like and all and booked an appointment for 5:30 pm in the evening. The day comes and I went there after my office and when I went inside the shocking news I got to know is that WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZATION these guys did my CREDIT CHECK. I strongly said to them on phone that don't do my credit check until I test drive some vehicles and like them. They said to me that this is a process , I have no clue what is happening with me. In-order to cool me down they were taking the notes of what all the models I like and all, I gave them few names and trust me they said me this you are choices are unrealistic I seriously regret why I was there ( I work for a software company and make almost 75k /yr and I was ready to trade my Dodge charger 2016 fully loaded too but this is what I got to hear). They sent me home by saying we will look in to that so you go home for now. The next day I received again a call from these people and said they found what I want can you come to office on saturday morning 10am after thinking a lot I thought ok let them give a chance and see what they got. I walked in to the store in the morning at 10 am (Saturday) the owner came to me asked do you have an appointment and I said yes at 10 am, he said all our staff is on off today so can you come back on Monday. I wasted my Time, I lost my credit points ( these people doesn't know how hard it is to earn credit history). Note: People who are on work permit or student permit never visit this store they will lead you nowhere. I am going to dispute my credit check done by these guys without my permission and authorization.

Thanks to Riley and the crew at Velocity Cars. They we're very helpful and it was a great experience. We would recommend anyone looking for a japanese import, to contact them. We will be enjoying our new Delica in the new year.

Rob is the car guys car guy! If you need a vehicle upgrade you will definitely find it at Bluestar.. The showroom looks more like a private collection rather than a dealership.. I have not purchased from here but many people I know have and multiple times over. Great ownership and great selection.. Bluestar = 5star
