Car Dealership

Service exceptionnelle !!!😄

I had a problem with my license and the staff was very helpful with solving my dilemma. The staff handled my matter in a fast and professional manner. I appreciate how knowledgeable and friendly they are especially because I rely on my license for my job.Thank You for all that you do

The most amazing , prompt and sincere customer service (thanks to Andrew). Clearly they want you to be a customer for life. My now deceased& much loved father in law loved him some John Deere and liked to restore older tractors (hard to find as they hold their value). Id like to think he is smiling down from above when I pick out my new mower tomorrow. This is the real deal, customer service with good old fashioned American respect. Thank you!

Great price, friendly service , they treat you like family

Great Honda dealership. First experience was today and they knocked it out the park. My advisor was knowledgeable and efficient and made a great experience. Thank you. And my next Honda will be here! 100%

I had the best experience buying a car from here. We were very well informed and never felt pressured. Michael S and Mariana were amazing ( would definitely recommend them )! For a stress free and easy process this is the place to go.

Great sales staff, especially Jose Coletta Jr! Exceptional customer service highly recommend the entire team. Also can't beat the oil change/car wash special!!

George Rodriguez is the reason I chose better way auto. From the moment I spoke with him on the phone until our handshake when I left the dealership he was truly professional and caring. He made sure all of my questions were answered as well as showing the great value of the warranty. I am entirely satisfied with a usually uneasy process and would not mind making the 3 hour drive to do business with him again. Thanks George and thank you trooper for finalizing everything as well. -james

Every experience I’ve had with Vision has been great from their sales to their service, this is the second truck I have purchased from them and will not be my last. My truck is my daily work vehicle and understanding that they were able to get me in and out so business would not slow down. I would highly recommend them.

John, Angelo and Rich were amazing. This is our 3rd vehicle from Browns we come back because of the honest approach they use to sell vehicles. I’m sure we will be back again Thank you for an easy, fast transaction Glen D

Services très respectueux

A great variety of automobiles to choose from and friendly knowledgable employees.

I visited the parts department today. Bruce helped me identify the items needed for my car even though I was unable to tell him the correct name. He was pleasant throughout my visit. The entire department of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep at Reedman-Toll are great to deal with. The also have a great lounge if you decide to wait for your vehicle. I never mind when I have to go there.

It is a shame. They have beautiful cars but they are not what you think. A lot of them were in floods or just extreme money pits because they sell their cars as is. My dad purchased a 2005 Cadillac CTS years ago and it was nothing but problems. The car was always in the shop. He could not even enjoy the car. He had no choice but to sell it. I do not recommend this place. Such a shame. So many cars that I would have purchased from there but I'm not about to buy a car with many many issues. If they would just fix their cars before selling, then I would consider taking a look.
