We brought in our odd sounding car after bumping up the Mamquam forest service road. Andy and the other mechanic did an assessment, a quick fix, and then sent me on my way with no charge and some good free advice. He said I should get an SUV to replace my honda fit. They were all very friendly and obviously honest! I will be back when needed and I only visit Squamish to climb but I live in Victoria.

Was here from out of town and car unexpectedly wouldn’t start. They got us in the day of and fixed it that day and put us back on track! Definitely recommend!!

Honest straight forward no surprises!

They are professionals who know what to do. My car repairs were done in 1 day because they had all the parts ready to go as soon as they received the car. The rental car is adequate, but it was covered in snow and I had no way of clearing it before driving it.

Went in tonight because I wanted to buy something for my car -- needed new wiper blades and a top off for my power steering fluid. All the staff I asked questions of new what they were talking about and were super helpful! Will recommend and come again for sure.

Service was great and special mention to Randy for his warm welcome and for helping me out in a pinch!

We have been on Dueck Downtown a few times on the last four to five years, but this last experience was really outstanding, since we walked in through those doors we felt really welcome, first we were greeting at the door by Mrs Kimberly Kim, the sales representative that opened that door with the smile and joy for her job and was able to show us many opportunities to get into our newer car, her acknowledgment give us the confidence that we were on the right place at right time. Along with Mr Peter ( "the" Manager) we could experience not only an extraordinary deal, but also hear from him how passionate he is about Brazilian soccer, he knows more about soccer that I thought I knew. Joe the owner, is a business man but also a genuinely good human being. Shortly after getting on my own with my daughter, my van broke and would cost me way to much to repair, financially it didn’t make sense. So I paid a visit to Joe, and within a day or so he had me in a really nice, clean, mechanically sound, Chrysler Sebring with only 100k on it. He helped me out big time! He won’t just sell you anything, he is an honest. There is no way I could’ve gotten back on my feet and got wheels again for me and my daughter without Joe. I definitely recommend you go see him if you are looking to buy a vehicle. He gets all his vehicles inspected before he releases it to you as well. I am very happy with the car I bought and it has been a great car for me. I’ve driven it to the city and back and whistler many times and have had zero issues.

Went in for some general advice on a Saturday at 4pm as I wanted to get into sledding. Even though the website said they were open till 5pm the guy behind the counter named Payam said they were ‘closed’ and to come back on Tuesday, basically he couldn’t be bothered with a noob and didn’t wanna hide the fact. Other people went in and out the store whilst I sat outside for 10mins talking to customers. I will C U Next Tuesday...
