Car Dealership

SunSun Auto Sales charged my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I asked them to reverse the charged and their response was " Walk away or buy the car." I contacted BBB to help mediate and SunSun Auto Sales did not reply

Was looking for a replacement passenger door mirror for a 2007 VW beetle, which was vandalized. On-line price was $93, so I called Clarkedale motors on Main. They wanted $125 for the part. YIKES. Called Cowell, and they said price was $109. I told them their website said $93. so the parts guy said they would match price, even though they did not have to ship (handling charge waived). THANK YOU!. Had the part then next morning. Will be bringing my Beetle there for service from now on Good bye Clarkedale Motors (you suck!)

I've got my brand new mustang the same day I purchased it. The best service when purchasing the car. The ICBC representative was rude and unhelpful.

I needed 2 new break light coupler I walked in and the parts division closed 15 minutes before I arrived. James .P. was at the desk and he said let me see what I can find. Me walked around the corner came back a few seconds later with the parts I needed or one in this case I walk back in and he takes the part that didn't work as well an the part I needed. He the proceeds to who I can only guess to be his manager Mehraban about the issue he then returned with the parts I needed. All of this was done in about 5minutes. By far best customer service I have experienced!

Dave Vu helped us with our car purchase and he was a pleasure to deal with. We wanted parking sensors installed and had to wait as they were out of stock. Every week, Dave called us to give us an update and apologized for the wait. He called us as soon as the sensors came in and booked us an appointment the very next day for installation. He definitely deserves a 5 star review and we will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I wanted to share a quick story and a thank you to the body shop at Cam Clark. A few days ago, my car was broken into and my front window of my vehicle was smashed. I called Ford to set up an appointment to have it repaired. Curtis, the body shop manager, was incredibly friendly and offered me to stop in to get my broken window space wrapped in plastic to keep the rain out until repairs could be done. I stopped by and they took care of me immedatley. The did a great job (ALOT better than the plastic bag I had taped up there!) And made it to so I could even see through to my mirror. Great group of people and appreciate the customer service!

Amazing customer service by the staff at Richmond Acura. We were assisted by Darren Lam and he was very helpful, genuine and understanding. He took his time with us and had answers for all of our concerns. We also found the process done in a timely manner. We got the new RDX Aspec and it is beautiful!
