I need it to buy a car, and first in my mind came KC Yau name, who helped me a few years ago to buy a car. And this time I came back to him to buy another car - a few days ago I purchased a brand new QX50. My experience was 5 star. KC, my sales rep did an amazing job through the whole process of the sale. He was very patient with me and answered all my concerns and questions, I had them very many! The rest of the staff who were involved with the sale process...they all did an amazing job. If you will go and ask for KC Yau help, you would never regret!

Enjoyed my (no pressure) car buying experience with Alan Li. He took me on a very versatile testdrive so I could assess all aspects of the car. He was calm, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very efficient. To boot: Alan was able to close the deal for me quickly!

Well above and beyond! Where do I start? George has been the best salesperson I have dealt with EVER! We are from Victoria and we were just here for the weekend. He came in on Sunday to make our deal happen. Took our trade in which was a difficult trade since it was a RHD and they don’t deal with those vehicles. George tried every which way he could think of to help us out and we were able to come to an agreeable deal in the end. It was a difficult deal to pull off and took a lot of work on his part (to the point of him manually washing my car himself!). Normally you would see a person walk away from this cause it was way too much work for not much pay off in the end. Especially on his day off and the dealership was closed. He was very honest with us and straight forward. I would come back here in a heart beat and I highly highly recommend.

We recently purchased a 2019 Genesis G80 Sport from Richmond Genesis, conducting the entire no hassle transaction from test drive to closing from the comfort of our home and driveway. A great way to do it. The car is excellent in every respect; a smooth, comfortable ride, superb fit and finish, a huge array of easily used amenities and very refined and functional safety features. These attributes coupled with the door to door service and extensive warranty put the Genesis clearly ahead of comparable vehicles in value for price. Jennifer Friesen, our experience manager was exceptional from first contact, through the demonstrations to closing. She was professional, knowledgeable and was able to explain and demonstrate all aspects of the car in a clear, easily understood way. When we asked her to consider a solution to extra snow tires we had, she quickly proposed and delivered an option that was well beyond anything we could have expected. We have exactly what we wanted and Jennifer made it an easy, pleasant enjoyable experience (except for writing the cheque!)

It was a pleasure to have met and dealt with Alicia Lino. She went over and beyond what my expectation was and also made everything hassle free. She got my wife and I in our 2019 vehicle as promptly as possible. As simple as just going in and signing paperwork and drive home with our new car!
