Shawaz has a great business going I got a new car for half the cost. yes they are rebuilds but you should be smart enough to realize the risk and judge by yourself the quality. I never had any issues with it other than wiper solution trickling out which i forgot to test and he fixed it next day I'm at 120k now no issues. for getting a new fully loaded car 50% off the base model I'd say it's amazing

Bob Mehra helped us buy our first Toyota! He was very informative and helpful, not pushy at all. He listened to our wants and needs and what was important for us, there were a lot of options at this location for vehicles and we found one we loved. Once we were all set up and approved Ivan set us up with options and financing, not at all pushy and very professional (we added on undercoating, which we were very happy with) Overall we were so happy with Scarborough Toyota and the experience we had with Bob has us recommending it to all of our friends and family.

Anthony Picilaidis did everything thst best suited himself. He would not discount the car I wanted to buy. He tried to pressure me to put down more cash because his lender said his asking price was $3000 higher than the actual value! I walked away from the deal and then miraculously I did not have to put down more cash! I bought the vehicle because it dies run very nicely, but the vehicle wad not cleaned or "fully detailed" as promised. There was actually garbage under the seats! The AC also did not work. Anthony was actually quite rude and disrespectful more than once toward me. I guess he is nice to some people and less so toward others.

Excellent customer service! Recently I purchased Tesla Model 3 at Tesla Toronto - Lawrence. All the staff including customer experience specialist, sales, and delivery advisor, such as Adam Liu, Cyril Zheng, Edward Galvez, and Mike Coffey, ……were super friendly and helpful. Coming here to order, consult and pickup car is as warm as coming back own home. Great Tesla Toronto-Lawrence! Strongly recommended!

This is the second times that I dealing with Kiefer Robinson, my service adviser, probably only him from now on. He respects my time, does't have me to wait around every time I go. Attention to detail, like the way to treated me. Very professional service. He just goes over and beyond out of all the service advisers that I have been dealing with. This is how the Cadillac Service should be. Keep up the good work. Very nice crew as well.
