Alex had mentioned that he had put "new" tires and brakes before I took delivery of the car. I believed him in good faith, but after checking recently, I realize that the tires were from 2013 on a 2018 car. Also when I thought I had issues with my clutch within a couple of weeks of buying the car, they refused to answer.

We just bought a Toyota Tundra crew cab. First the service we received was exceptional! Welcomed when we walked in. Wait a very short time for a sales rep. The sales rep was thorough and very knowledgeable. When picking up our new truck they walked us thru every contract and every feature of the truck. We were very confident in our choice of truck and dealership. Everyone was lovely! Now the truck is AMAZING! Drives like a dream, has amazing features and overall my favourite vehicle to drive. Our experience at Yorkdale Ford was all positive. We dealt with Erick for our Explorer Sport. We waisted time at other dealerships trying to get a fair deal for our trade-in, but could get close to a figure we liked. It took Erick about 20 mins to appraise and give us what we thought was fair value for our 2017 Escape Titanium. We agreed to a deal quickly, and when we went to pick up our vehicle, the monthly payments were actually lower than what we agreed to. We'll definitely be going back to him for any future vehicle needs. Thanks again Erick.

Buyers Beware. Cheaters.. Advertised a car stating clean and dealership certified. When we went to the site to see the 2014 Camry XLE ,it had more than $17300 accident claim, Very rude and mean sales man name SAM, the worst sales and customer service I ever SEE. I had appointment to test drive the 2014 black Camry XLE . when I arrived on time I told him I am here for the test drive , he told me I am busy now and you need to wait 30 min as we are taking pictures for the car. I told him can I see the Carfax , he said not now later. Iam busy(doing nothing) as other man was taking the pictures.. what a scammers ..and told in very rude way to go park your car in the street .after more than 40 min, never call.. I came back ..I told him are you free now so I can take a test drive.. he asked do you know the price of the car I told of course, he said which method you will pay.. I told him cash.. he said but Ii know that you are here only to see the car (what a jok..waiting around .

I had a great experience dealing with Harry when purchasing my first car. I first contacted him through email on a car that was still in transit. Since I was the first to contact him he allowed me to have first look at the car when it arrived. Car was in impeccable condition. The interior leather had a bit of dirt on it and looked weathered but Harry guaranteed the car would have proper interior detailing and the leather would be reconditioned back to its former glory. I got the safety certificate at which they replaced with new brake pads, rotors and tires since they were not in the best of condition. I was able to test drive that same day and Harry showed the carfax which explained how the car was being serviced regularly and their was no accidents. Harry dealt with getting me new plates and permit stickers. When I got the car 3 days after purchase, the interior looked brand new and the car was clean with shiny tires and even the engine compartment was all cleaned. Throughout the whole experience I'd say the customer service here is first class. I naturally ask alot of questions and I have many long emails sent to Harry which he always responded quickly and with professionalism. Any issues I had he advised they'd do their best to resolve which they always did. I would recommend them to family and friends. Happy with my purchase here.
