Bought a truck from Lee last year, great experience showed me how to use all the options. After we agreed on a payment I went to see Kon the business manager he walked me through all the finance option and didn’t push anything I didn’t feel I needed. Oh and that old truck in the showroom is pretty cool!

A wonderful car buying experience! Andre has deep expertise on hybrid and electric vehicles. He walked me through the different options they had on the lot, it was very low pressure. More like talking to a friend than a sales guy. I've had Dan (their mechanic) work on other vehicles that I own in the past, he is extremely thorough and detail oriented. I bought with confidence knowing that he had prepared the 2006 Prius I ended up buying. I've had the car a few months now and it's been wonderful. The gas mileage is great (I average 45mpg in almost all city driving, I was closer to 55mpg when I drove from Buffalo to Rochester). The nicest part about the purchase is the freedom it gives you to travel. Their level of service was outstanding. Andre picked me up at my office and drove me to their lot to see the cars and let me test drive one. This was also the first time I've ever financed a car, Andre worked closely with me and the loan officer at Buffalo Metro Federal Credit Union to get the funds transferred. I've already recommended their dealership to a few friends looking for vehicles. I am 100% happy with my purchase and the car buying experience.

This man should not be allowed to sell cars. My fiancé and I bought a 2011 Subaru Legacy from Brian about 6 months ago that was *supposedly* safety'd and certified. We initially went to see it and expressed some interest but said we didn't want to make a decision before seeing a few other cars that night. We decided by the next morning we wanted the Legacy and decided to show up without calling ahead. The place was closed down and all the cars on the lot had been marked up by $500+. Dodgy. We still went through with the sale, and not even two weeks later had a check engine light come on as well as an alarming scraping noise coming from the front right wheel. We took it to the local Subaru dealership, who checked it over and told us everything that was wrong with it including a wheel bearing, a worn our serpentine belt, a blown headlight, and a leaky exhaust. So we took it back to Brian and after about three hours of arguing back and forth he finally agreed to only change the wheel bearing. He refused to do anything else. Now fast forward a couple of months, and our front brake lines blow out from rust, and then not even a month later we had our rear brakes blow as well. It came to light that whoever did the car's last safety inspection (Brian, woohoo) cheaped out and put brakes for a cheaper model onto our car instead of the brakes that fit properly. Because of that, my fiancé, his parents, and I could have all died because we lost brakes while going 100kms/hour on the highway. I would NEVER reccomend Brian's Used Car Sales to anybody. Ever. I hope he's put out of business and never puts anyone else's life in danger. This guy should not be a car dealer. He should be in jail.

No sales or receptionist was salty with us in our time of need, they were honest with the issues & price for repairs to old car, and gave us time to think and talk to each other about our options. And worked with us to find a new car within our budget, took time to explain all available options instead of pushing it as needed, no upsale. Mark, Aaron, Kyla and Cynthia were outstanding.

Had a great experience with Kitchener Hyundai all through the sales and financing process. Really worked hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Service department did a fantastic job too. Really fast service so far. Great Job everyone.
