WARNING, stay away from this shop. If anything goes wrong and you as a paying customer are not happy, Gus and Aron will slam the door in your face. They have no idea what customer satisfaction is. Seriously. find another shop.

Most motorcycle shops in Canada are closed on Monday. So when we had a flat tire in Courtenay on a Monday we thought we would be out of luck. The guys at American Motor Service were not only open on Monday, they went above and beyond in obtaining a new front tire for my (non-Harley) motorcycle and repaired it promptly to get me on my way back home. Excellent service, thanks guys.

Poor service sold the vehicle I had agreed to buy and had talked about it for days with to someone else cause they couldn’t wait 20 mins even though I had looked at it first

He had a CarFax report and Vehicle Inspection report for me; it all checks out. As an 'elder' lady, dI had come prepared with my list of comparison prices, but he must have read my mind, because he offered me the car at the very price I was prepared to pay. It was raining that day when we took it for a spin, and the wipers were sticking, so Jacob had them replaced. I feel very comfortable and pleased with the purchase I have made, and I really appreciate the smiles and professional service. Jacob and Jack even home delivered my car to me, same day, and saved me another trip. Wow! Happy fishing, Jack!

Bought a "fully inspected" car with a 2 year warranty from John Kuhn at Winchelsea Motors. The car didn't run properly within weeks of purchase. After multiple brush offs from Winchelsea Motors, I took the car to another mechanic. Now I have had to pay for a new fuel pump assembly, new starter, new spark plugs, new ignition coils, new timing chain, new VVT solenoid, and the car is still not running - it's sitting at the mechanic's, awaiting further repairs. Cost for repairs so far is over $*****. John Kuhn takes no responsibility for any of it. Updated - the car has been towed to the wrecker's.
