Car Dealership

Friendly service and good repairs, no complaints.

Great guys with lots of motorcycle knowledge. Paul, Lorie, and Peter. Great people!

Jeremy went the extra mile..eigh kilometer... to help with a crank arm so we could keep camping on our BC tour! So appreciative for his kindness and extra care! Very reasonable charges. Thank you Jeremy!

Stopped in to check them out the guy seemed annoyed that someone walked into his place of business, he wouldn't even look up to address me, so I went back to Nanaimo.

Best service from a car lot I've ever had. Will always go back when I need a new vehicle.

I really enjoy my Land Rover Discovery except for one serious flaw... the sun roof does not retract!!

Worst service I ever had, Very rude service manager!

Definition of shady car dealer 👎

So I got this used vehicle from the guys at Hot Wheels about 3 weeks ago and I went to start it this morning and the battery was dead. I didn't have anyone else to call and I called George and he was at my house in 15 minutes with a charger and some machine to check if there was power running through my engine. I didn't have to waste my BCAA call because he came. I don't know any other business that would do that. So happy I bought my car from them!

Purchased our Toyota Hiace from JDM Import in April 2018 and Ivan was a pleasure to deal with. He worked with us to ensure that all routine maintenance was completed with our purchase (timing belt, water pump, thermostat, fluids, tires, etc.) prior to our 18,000km road trip throughout the U.S, BC and AB, which we just completed without a single issue. We took the van over countless steep and windy mountain passes, up forest service roads, through Death Valley when it was approaching 50 degrees celsius, and much more. The van just kept chugging along without the slightest hint of hesitation. It still looks and runs like new. Just an amazing van and great business to deal with. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience at the Coquitlam Morrey Nissan dealership, in general, but specifically with Ben Firouzian. He was extremely helpful from the first test drive to the conclusion of the sale. During the test drive of the Nissan Leaf he was extremely patient and helpful in explaining all the features of the electric car as we had never driven one before. During and after the sales negotiation, he was also very accommodating to ensure we left the dealership very happy and satisfied. We highly recommend the dealership and specifically Ben.

just as mentioned

Worst experience ever. Needed a car when I first arrived in Canada. They told me the car had no accident (actually had tens of thousand dollars of damage) and urged me to sign the agreement. I was new and didn't know better. Now I want to get a new car but having a nightmare trying to get rid of the one I got from here. DON'T GO THERE. I know it's my fault too, but they just want to rip you off.

Thank you Mark Cyrus. Love the new car! You were very helpful and kept the car buying experience simple. I know you worked for us in getting us a deal we were happy with.

The place you can rely on their knowledge and service!

Spent a lot of time looking at different 2018 vehicles from all the car manufacturers. So far my best experience was at Jim Patterson Subaru with salesman Scott McVey. He was pleasant and zero pressure. Let me test drive 3 different models on my own for as long as I needed.

Andrew Chan has a really good customer service. Very recommend

Appointment at 8:15am. Very cold winter morning, Johnny's smile was warm like spring though, helped to have my car serviced in detail! All my experience with Jim Pattison in Surrey so far have been great!
