Car Dealership

Needed a 5 speed manual tranny for my Dodge Ram. Maxwells had one. Was going to start bargaining but they offered a discount before I asked. Said it would be delivered to my door in two days. It was. Mechanic installed it and it works fine. Very satisfied customer here.

Honest advice, honest prices. Dale looks to find the right solution, not the most profitable. Thanks for years of great service WFO

These guys are simply the best! Dealing with them many times and they are awesome, even my Family Insurance warrantanties there work for as long as you own your car Only place I trust taking my Audi

Great knowledgable service

I bought a Kioti CK2610 from HCE a few months ago. I've got just over 50 hours on her now. I am very pleased with the purchase. I studied the Kubota offerings very carefully and at the last minute jumped to Kioti. I think I would have been perfectly happy with Kubota, however, I feel that I got a little bit more tractor for a little less money with Kioti. I have used the HCE service for two problems, one was a call out and the other resolved over the phone. They were small things but they gave me a taste of the HCE after sales service. I felt that the call-out time was reasonable and the service quality from the engineer was excellent. This experience has increased my confidence in HCE and Kioti. I live North of Nanaimo and though HCE are abased in Duncan, they have a kind of virtual presence in courtenay. I am a noob with tractors and farm equipment, so I can't give a comparison with all the many retailers and products I've used of this type over the years but I feel that the decision to buy Kioti from HCE was good for me.

Helpful. They have bunnies too. Bought a 5th wheel.

Buyer beware. The battery for my relatively new ebike failed. We paid to have a diagnosis done and were given two options to rebuild the battery. We accepted one of the options and had it rebuilt and were told all was good when we left. After getting home and trying it we found out that it did not work. As we live about an hour away we tried calling. No one answered so we left numerous messages but did not receive a call back. Finally after not being able to connect with anyone we took it in they confirmed that it was not working but told us that this was a risk with any rebuilt and that was the chance we took. They could not do anything else. If we knew this before we certainly would not have spent close to $500 on this. After a lot of discussion the best we were offered was a credit with All battery. We live an hour away and based on our experience with them I don’t think the credit will be of any use. Discussion on a compromise with the owner Jason went nowhere. It’s buyer beware

This is the absolutely worst company I have ever witnessed. They rented a trailer to my friend, it was supposed to be at the site by 3 was 2hr+ late, there was no water, dirty linens, and the grey water sensor was broken and someone else's effluence was sitting there and though the fellow promised to be back in the a.m. with water he never showed up till late afternoon!! To make matters even worse the battery was dead, they were supposed to pick the trailer up at 3 on Sunday and showed up at 9:00 in the morning!!! Like that was 5 hours early!! Then they had the gall to want to charge them an additional $500.00 cause it was dirty!!! Fortunately the campground owners were so understanding and helped supply power and water to the trailer, making a bad situation a bit more manageable. Shame on Revy and please if you want a decent company to rent from try " Be a Happy Camper 2 " they out shone Revy by far. Both companies had trailer rentals at the campsite we stayed at. No stars for you Revy will never recommend you to anyone!!!

Great service. Offered several options. Don't feel too pressured. Good records are kept about past visits and what could need attention in upcoming services.

Saved me 2500 well worth the drive from calgary

Great service, professional, knowledge, efficient and enjoyable to deal with.

My girlfriend bought her first new car all on her own with the help of Jacob. Between Jacob and Eric in the service department they went above and beyond to ensure she was 110% happy. It was refreshing to be on the sidelines and know she was in good hands. I've purchased my truck through them as well and have no problems going back. Thanks a bunch guys

I was on vacation and my kid's TTR50 had the tube destroyed in the back tire. I took it in and these guys could obviously tell I wasn't from around Cranbrook, probably on vacation. They had it fixed within a couple of hours and my son was up and riding again in no time. Nice work guys! Impressive!
