Car Dealership

Well for the past two years I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Cody Fraser at Cranbrook Mitsubishi. Traded in my Mazda which was purchased from Cranbrook Kia, went to look at a used Dodge Charger, test drove oh I don’t know probably 6 or 8 different cars, suvs and nothing fit!!! Cody said: how do feel about new? He got me into a brand new Lancer Sportback for exactly what my budget allowed!!! Due to the nature of my work I just recently had to trade in my beloved Lancer for an SUV, Cody once again delivered and went above and beyond. Car was delivered everything done over the phone and email. Going to miss Cody terribly but happy to know he’s just around the corner at Cranbrook Kia. I guess I’ll just have follow Cody! Through Cody and I we even converted my partner over!!! Best of Luck Cody at Cranbrook Kia!!! I know you will do very well ,your honesty integrity and personality make it all worth while!!! Thank you Cody for all you have done!!!

Very helpful and informative.

I was told the customer service was A1, at Northstar & it sure was. Nothing like the bad experience I had at Denham’s in Fernie. Brett & Travis are the Men. They get it done, making a customer happy. Thanks to them I have a new Desiel truck & never have to deal with Denham’s in Fernie, ever again & that makes me really Happy. Thanks again to Brett & Travis. I’ll be sending my Family & Friends to Northstar that’s for sure ;-)

Ryan was very attentive and helpful in getting me the vehicle I wanted. As I was buying from out of province he was particularly helpful in the logistics. A great buying experience, nothing like I would find in Calgary!

Five star customer service. Thanks Ed!

Took pretty good care of me

Extremely happy with service. Water heater problem, they fit us in and repaired in less than an hour, enabling us to continue with our vacation.

Buyer Beware! Workmanship of these homes is deplorable! Manufacturer makes retailer responsible for warranty work but this retailer won't complete the warranty work. This retailer promises a 4-6 week delivery with a 5-6 day set up time. The truth is 4-5 month delivery time and a minimum 2 months before you can move in. Then there are the electrical issues! Our home was deemed unsafe to occupy by the BC Safety Authority. The sewage hookup was completed by the set up crew instead of a certified plumber causing our home to fail inspection, twice. Little to no insulation in wall housing the master shower water lines thus lines froze then the hot water taps froze due to little to no insulation in the flooring. I can go on and on. In my opinion these homes should not be allowed into Canada! The Canadian Border Service Agency has advised that prefabricated houses are not currently federally prohibited from entering Canada and may be imported into Canada with all required documentation including a bill of sale. I'm not the only consumer with a list of complaints, check out Facebook page "Troubles with Kodiak Homes" Then make your own decision.

The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy with my purchase.

Awesome place

Nice family run business

I was having problems selling my 2003 Yamaha V-Star after it had been sitting for a couple of years. I tried to clean it up as much as I could but it still wouldn't sell. I took it to OCD and they made it look like new! The night I brought my bike home from OCD a potential buyer came by and said he wanted it. He showed up the next day, cash in hand, and it sold for full asking price! Thanks Galen and OCD! My jeep will be next!

Very helpful, very knowledgeable and I intend to deal with them at a later date.

Great experience!! Awesome dealership with amazing staff.. We needed to upgrade our truck because it was going on 15 years old. With a baby on the way we needed it to have 4 doors and a lot of room. The Ram truck fit everything we needed! Arrived at Rairdon’s just wanting to look around...absolutely no pressure. Walked in and was greeted by Nate and explained to him what we were looking for and he directed us to a beautiful line up of trucks. Again, no pressure at all...did the deal a week later with him and his manager. Can’t say enough about all the staff. Everyone was friendly and always checking on us to be sure we were happy!!
