Car Dealership

Worst experience I’ve ever had. We went in to test drive the XC90 and decided to sit down and make sure they had the model and color we wanted. We found that they did however the salesman ‘Eduardo’ was insistent that we purchase their demo which he pressed was a better deal however was not the color we wanted. Being that I was there to get rid of a vehicle I absolutely hated in hopes of upgrading to a vehicle we had done lots of research on and wanted to absolutely love we weren’t as concerned about saving just a couple thousand to compromise the exact vehicle we had our hearts set on. Ready to sign paperwork he would NOT let the demo go and continued to tell us it was the smarter route and gave us a speech on being ‘smart and responsible with our money to benefit our children who will go to college or university one day.’ This disrespectful and unintelligible speech with no knowledge of who we are as people and the hard work we have put in to be there buying what we consider a luxurious vehicle was so disappointing and became so overwhelming for me I walked out in tears and had a complete panic in our truck. I refused to step back in the building and wanted nothing to do with the salesman again. Directly from here we went to test drive an Escalade and Tahoe and purchased it that same day. I am so happy with it but very disappointed in the horrible experience we had with Volvo/Jaguar. Friends and anyone else who ask us our opinion we make sure to tell them to steer clear of them and if they are set on a Volvo/Jag we insist they purchase out of town.

love this place!! the manager cody good is great person

I would recommend this shop for anyone getting body work done. Some of the best bodywork I've had done on my vehicle and they had it done several days earlier than expected. :) USE THEM. :)

Great

Honest, caring mechanic shop. They care about their reputation.

Professional, efficient and friendly. Very nice showroom and waiting area.

Needed some help with my GT3, Daniel and his team were excellent!

If they don't have what ya need they will get it

Repeat customer that's very happy to deal with this father and son team. Always a pleasure to do business.

Great people , Great service, I am a repeat customer.

Rating should be zero stars after reading about the way an employee treated someone this week! How dare you treat a woman, or man, in that manner! Apology to victim should be made publicly and termination of said employee would be advised immediately. Disgusting!

Great people and were honest with me My car got towed into them without hardly any notice and they treated me like family I highly recommend this place They're very thoural with the work and letting you know on the process

Absolutely a fantastic experience at Jaguar Land Rover Victoria. Thank you for the great service from Jaguar Land Rover Victoria team. Especially thanks to Loyalty Manager Alex Li, who gave me a great deal of help in finding my perfect vehicle. And the process of purchasing my vehicle went really easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in buying quality vehicles to go to Jaguar Land Rover Victoria.

Service and Parts department are very professional and took good care of me and my vehicle.

Parts department is fantastic, helped me find a part that I was unable to find on my own by cross-referencing other vehicles that may have had the same part! Chris is wonderful to deal with, always follow up with phone calls when parts come in!

I first want to start off by saying thank you to Domenico and the Alfa Romeo team. They were very informative especially with this being my first car and a new driver. Their services went above and beyond my expectations while helping me find my dream car. I would highly recommended Alfa Romeo of Victoria to anyone while searching. They were warm, welcoming, and honest. Thank you so much Domenico and team, Lauren

Working for GAIN for the past 4 years has been a wonderful opportunity and great experience all around. Very few companies in Victoria are truly as diverse as this one from the many automotive dealerships to the beautiful hotel to the motorsport circuit, there is so much opportunity and possibility to grow in any position in an atmosphere that is welcoming and encouraging.
