Discount Car & Truck Rentals
520 Piercey Rd, Caledon, Ontario, L7E 5B4, Canada
We reserved a truck for a move on October 1st. We reserved the truck 2.5 weeks prior to the day. My wife made a follow up call on the Thursday before the move and spoke to Calvin who was the gentleman that she made the reservation with. Calvin confirmed that I could come in and pick up the truck at 8:00 am and everything was fine. My son and I arrived at 7:45 am since the website stated that they opened at 7:30 am. We were still waiting at 8:25 for someone to arrive so that we could get moving. When he failed to show up we made a call to Bristol rentals who luckily had a truck available. When we called the head office to complain and explain that this was unacceptable they put us in touch with the Gurk Dillon who is the operations manager. Considering we had to definitely be moved that day and had to spend the time calling and locating a truck for the day I find this location very unprofessional and very unreliable. I would definitely warn anyone considering dealing with Discount to reconsider and look elsewhere in the future.

Compact Car Rental
38 Automatic Rd #5, Brampton, Ontario, L6S 5N8, Canada
I was in town for a wedding, and I needed a quick rental for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a brand new civic to drive around. The service was quick and easy, and the people that work there are kind and easy to understand. I really enjoyed my experience. I fully recommend compact car rental to anyone trying to rent a car.
