Always use avis it is the best rental company but Even with avis preferred to return a car at night you must wait in line just for the agent to ask how many miles are on the car took 15 min to return a car

You can get any type of automobile for any budget. Great staffs.

I rent cars almost every day of the year. The staff at this location is the best that I deal with throughout North America. It is actually the only location where I do not source other companies for quotes. Dave has assembled a great group of people and they certainly understand customer service.

I never had bad experiences in this place. People there are nice, cars are clean. And I understand they don't do pick up or drive back 40 min to half hours. Nobody wanna stucked at a traffic jam and their driver finish work at 6 too.

The manager Tim was great! Loved the quick efficient service.

I wish I could leave zero stars. We called and stated we wanted to hire a taxi to transport a bed back to our home and ask how much that would be - we were quoted just under $33. They charged us $57!!!!! We called immediately and they stated according to their system we were still on the taxi ride (we obviously weren’t) and that they had no idea why we were charged $57 and to make a complaint online and a manager would call us. We received a email from a manager stating: “I reviewed your order. The quoted provided over the phone was accurate. It does cost $32.39 to your destination. There is a $10 fee when using the van for moving items. At most this trip should of been $42.39 unless there were stops or heavy traffic. I will contact the driver and resolve the matter for you” There were no additional stops - I emailed back asking why we were not informed on the phone that there was an additional charge to carry items (which we specifically stated we were doing in the original call hence why we asked for a larger vehicle), or that we were financially responsible for traffic - surely a quote is a quote. No reply. I email again about a week later for an update or resolution to the matter and once again no reply. I am disgusted that companies like this are allowed to do this to people. I will never use them ever again and good luck to anyone else who does in the future.

Great company! Awesome experience!

I ordered a taxi, and was told my order was successful. The taxi never arrived. I was not informed that the taxi was not coming. If they informed me their taxi wasn't going to be here, I could have simply gone to another company. Because they didn't, I kept waiting, and ended up being late. When I asked them through their website what happened, they offered me a $2 coupon... Gee, thanks a lot, that really makes a huge difference...
