Car Rental

Andrea was such a pleasure to work with. She was so low on cars, and being the Gemboree this week, she still was able to find a car for me for the whole week. On top of that, I got to touch Jim Carrey's rental!

Fabulous customer service after my accident this morning. Nice brand new vehicle. Everything taken care of promptly and efficiently by Alison.

Enterprise on Ashburnham provides excellent service. Luc and his staff are always a pleasure to work with.

Amazing service. They have always treated me great and thats why i will always go to them.

Amazing service! Was in a tight bind and needed a rental fast. Not only did I get the best rate, they were able to pick me up and drop me off even though it was well under the 24 hour time period to book it. Lucas and the driver (terribly sorry I didn’t get your name) were awesome! Thanks for helping me out guys! Recommend you anytime!

The staff is very helpful & friendly.

I have been renting cars from discount for a numbers of years have always found Barb to be a friendly, polite and courageous people person my experience with Barb are highly recommended

Great location for car rental. Close to the highway.

Absolutely terrible!!!! Never seen anything like it. Booked the car and I got there they didn't have any cars... for over 3 hours. Been around the world renting cars and not even in Africa service was this bad. Unacceptable

I had no problem with the service, my only critique is that they do not make it clear (for first-time car renters) that there will be a hold on your credit card for more than what you agreed to as the rental cost. I'm being 100% honest, and I have been backed up by my boyfriend who was there, they did not mention there would be an extra hold on my credit card at all. We agreed to pay $155.25, gave him our credit card and went to Toronto for the weekend. When I happened to notice there was a $300 pending charge and mention it upon returning the car, they said it would be released immediately, now that we returned the car. This is the third day of waiting and I haven't gotten my money back yet. I was told by enterprise that my credit card is holding it, I was told by my credit card that they don't see the return at all, only the $300 pending charge. I enjoyed driving the car and it was relatively cheap (if I ever get the $144.75 returned to my card), but it just wasn't as transparent as I expected. And I think I'll be taking the train next time.

Good fast service. Got ride to and from which helped a lot.

Thanks Maria and team for the excellent service! The van was just what we were looking for and you always make things easy.

Had to switch a car here which I rented from a Toronto location (Yonge St. and Avalon) This office (Kanata) had one of the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Luckily the Toronto office came through with top notch customer service or Enterprise would have lost me as a long time customer.
