Car Rental

Called in to ask what the rates were because I’m in a bit of a jam and need something moved today, the man who answered the phone was much too rude right off the bat. First concern is I called a business number not a personal phone number so I expect to be treated like a customer not like some friend who’s called you too early and you’re annoyed with. Second concern is that when I asked the rates the man goes “Hahaha I’ll tell ya but you’re not going to like it” in a way that was hinting the prices were too high for me. I get it; over the phone I sound like a small child but the fact he even said that was astonishing to me. Very poor business skills, happy I didn’t waste my money on these services. Wish I had read the reviews before hand because I never would have called them and I suggest you don’t either if you’re thinking about it. There’s always a better moving company ☺️

Best place to go to!! Thank you for all your help!! Very understanding and willing to work with me! Highly recommended to others!!

Worst experience ever. I rented a car on my insurance claim while my vehicle was in for body work.. I was confused as to why they asked what sort of vehicle i own . Becauae I drive a Toyota Tacoma 2011 They gave me a large expensive vehicle ...GMC Yukon at 51.00 a day. My insurance company inforned me that i was capped at $900 for the rental and maybe I should consider renting something more economical should my repair take longer. I called discount to trade down and was given a song and dance ....that my insurance authorised me at $51 per day and even if i went economy would still be charged 51 a day. When i told them it was my insurance company that suggested i rent something cheaper so i woulnt have to pay anything over the 900 cap should my repairs take longer, They said I was charged more becauae they were not a prefered company with my insurance. Hmmph guess they dont want me as a customer. EVER!! I Took the high priced vehicle back and went elsewhere. What a scam...charging me more cause it was through insurance ...SCAM! NEVER HEARD OF SUCH AN ABSURD THING

The staff really helped me out while I was dealing with my insurance company

Great car rental deals. Nice people.

Great auto parts store Jim and his staff do a great job

I book a week in advance to arrive by train at 5pm on a saturday. The day before they call and say they are only open until 2pm that day leaving me up the creek. I call Avis and a guy says he'll come in to meet me to sort it out. Watch out - not just a discount on money, a discount on service and reliability. Would avoid and go to a company that has an interest in its customers.

Excellent friendly knowledgable staff .

Kudos to Tigh Chapman for his understanding, going out of his way and staying after hours to assure we got back on the road to our son's wedding, highly recommend his service!

Very good

Great service and friendly staff. Every time I've rented from them I get a very clean and quality car. My go to place for car rentals!

simply called for a reservation, and I was interrupted in the middle of my sentence to be told they have 0 vehicles available. the issue is not the vehicle, the issue is the lack of customer service and the rude un necessary tone

Easy transaction.

Their customer service over the phone is excellent. I believe "Joe" is who I have spoken to multiple times and he is great!

very friendly and professional staff, car was very clean and priced well. we were also able to use coupons that helped even further. great experience

I rent a car for business travel on a regular basis. The service is great, a pleasure renting there. Ed is a great asset, he is the primary reason I rent from Avis, always professional, always willing to help, very personable, great attitude, hard working, he makes all the difference.

I ordered online but guy at counter argued with me trying to sell me stuff I didn't want repeatedly. If I wanted it I would've ordered it online. Just let me pay and be on my way don't harass me into buying something else I don't want
