Car Rental

Terrible customer service and now having to deal with being double charged on my credit card. Tried contacting this place several times with no one answering phone calls. Will not use them ever again not worth the hassle!

I received great service at the counter, and the vehicle was in great condition. Very good experience.

Booked a van a week ahead, went to pick it up and they did not have any vans available. Unreliable, do not recommend this rental company.

Very friendly, both the counter service and the pick up and drop off drivers. Car was clean and perfectly maintained. I will definitely use this location again!

Pencar is an incredible establishment to rent a vehicle. I was a first time customer on December 11th and everything regarding this business far exceeds the typical competitors that everyone knows and hears about. The ladies at the front desk were extremely professional, courteous, well-mannered and highly responsive to E-mails. The gentlemen driving customers back and forth was also incredibly professional. A day where customer service is virtually extinct, after I showed up at Pencar I was pleasantly surprised that it exists in full force at Pencar! Cars are also well maintained, new, immaculate and not just your "most basic vehicle that you can possibly buy" like Enterprise. Pencar is just across the street from a Husky (gas station) and they re-fill the gas up for you and charge MARKET price. Enterprise on the flip-side charges 150% more than market price (on average) when factoring in fees - another win for Pencar. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who needs a rental for a vehicle to try Pencar as it is FAR better than Enterprise - I guarantee that you will NOT be disappointed.

They were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

Awesome

Very unprofessional employee. Showed up over 15 mins late for opening hours leaving approximately 10 customers waiting. When he did show up (with his fresh Tim Hortons coffee in hand) he did not bother to apologize or even entertain the group with an excuse. He didn't even bother to show up for work with clean clothes on. Large black grease stains on ones chest doesn't give me faith in the employee or company. This occurred at the Avis counter at Hamilton, Ontario Airport, 17 Dec 2018, 6:15 am.

Shiftride is the best way for a student to get around town on a budget. Its really easy to set up a account and there are several cars in the are. The prices are the lowest that I have found and I have always received great customer service if I have any problems.

After an initial misunderstanding, They were able to get my reservation sorted out. Good people, great service. Thanks.

I wish I would have bought a trailer from McFarlane trailers... but instead I bought a miska trailer. I bought from miska because I needed something bigger than what McFarlane’s had and I needed it right away. I’ve regretted my decision to do so since the day I picked my miska trailer up. I received my trailer with damage on it and to this day it still hasn’t been fixed and continues to literally fall apart after only one use. Do your homework before you buy a trailer else where. Below is some pictures of the damage that the trailer had on it at pickup, the panel that came unglued after one use and the axle bracket welded crooked. Also Brain was great to deal with and not pushy like the guys at miska. Also I’m sure he’d stand behind his product... unlike the guys at miska, that have a hard time calling back or even remembering my name! Like Paul the sales manager at miska.
