Car Rental

Great, friendly and hassle free

Very reliable truck and friendly staff. Would definitely use U Haul next time I need a truck.

The only good thing about the experience I just endured was the actual truck itself. The truck was clean and got me to my destination with my belongings intact. However, the location and customer service are unacceptable. The location is difficult to find and dirty. The customer service representative did not honour the estimated cost I was quoted online. I ended up paying way more than I originally wanted and way more than original estimated. Overall, if I could redo this experience I would have gone somewhere else and received much better care and probably rental vehicle. I would never recommend this location to any person.

Worst service, process, and will cancel or change your orders. Don't rent here.

Uhaul "lost my reservations" made 6 weeks in advance on a move restricted to 2.5 hours availibility and offered me a 9 foot van to compensate at a discount of 70 dollars. Thos same thing happened to my brother 3 months prior to my incident. PENSKE saved my moving day by going out of their way to have an 18 food truck delivered to a location i could get to. I can not thank them enough for their understanding and prompt service to make my move possible

Took forever to get my rental even though i had booked online. 1 person working blaming the computer system, having to switch computers. I had better experiences at other dealers.

This place is an absolute nightmare. In fact, the entire company is run terribly, and individual stores have no idea what's going on between the stores. Somehow, these people have the ability to issue bookings, but can't complete them. Had to wait an hour and a half for a truck that never showed, and then travel to another location to get a trailer to meet that volume, and that guy wasn't there for 45 min. Honestly. Check out a Penske or a budget or carry your stuff on your back, it'll be easier than dealing with U-Haul.

I have rented a truck from Uhaul.Everything was perfec and also price was responsible. Just truck needs just alittle service.

Nice personel, honest and helpful. Fleet is new. Very satisfied with services.

Britney was super helpful and cheerful even though it was a very busy day/ week.

Friendly, efficient, nice clean cars too!

Had a great rental experience here this weekend. The rep (Brian? - E951MD) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was efficient with his service and also proactively made sure I received the most favourable pricing (1000 KM paid upfront rather than 20 cents per KM) based on the 400 KM trip I was about to do. He also made my return a true breeze with straightforward instructions (I returned on Sunday when they were closed). The new Ford high roof van I received was in great shape and is so much more modern and civilized than those ridiculous U-Hauls I'm sure you've all rented (especially if you're driving it on the highway). The van ended up fitting just as much as the 15 ft U-Haul I rented a few weeks back and it was literally a 6th of the cost of a U-Haul for the same trip (and more fuel efficient). I still can't get over the price - this place is a no brainer.

I love the Dodge Ram Pro-Master panel vans excellent gas mileage, I recommend Bennett.

Fantastic car rental experience. I had my car in the shop and so insurance arranged my car. Very easy to get my car and get going. Super Friendly and helpful.

They drove me back to work. The Mazda 3 was spotless. 10's across the board!

Stress free experience, friendly and professional staff. Small negative was the surprise $0.94 extra daily license recovery fee. All these fees should be in the rental price.
