Car Rental

Terrible service. I rented a truck to pick up at 1pm. For my surprise nobody was here at the time. I called the Newmarket location and I guy simply started yelling on me saying that someone would be here shortly. It’s 2:34pm now and nobody arrived. More than one and a half hour waiting. It is the first and last time I rent here.

This place is perfect when you are looking for a rental vehicle. Has very friendly and helpful staff. And I really mean it - they do care, call you for updates and keep their word. You may end up getting a car with a bubble gum on the windshield and slightly dirty interior though. Also renting in winter months may not provide you with the best driving experience since they don't put winter tires on their rentals. I am still giving them five stars anyways.

The staff here are really wonderful and go above and beyond. They are very quick to respond, very thorough, follow-up, and I've had an amazing experience here from start to finish. Will was helping me, and he was superb from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to renting from here in the future. Ask for Will, he always does an amazing job and works hard to give a 5-star experience. Liana and Sophie were very friendly and helpful as well. Nothing less than a perfect experience. Thank you.

The staff are very polite and helped me with everything . Best car rental place i have ever been

Quite possibly the worst business operation I have encountered - location at Richmond was an unfinished parking lot with no designated entrance/exit way, long line ups and was overcharged on a parking ticket for which no one returned my e-mail/phone call to correct. Decided to forgo the overcharge to never have to deal with this business again.

Amazing team, such great and efficient service every time. Best location for car rental

Worst experience I have ever encountered I was an hour and 15 min late due to construction and making sure I filled up. My mistake but when I pleaded to only charge me an extra hour you will experience the rudest service. So if you want to be yelled at and someone with no compassion and leave crying then go rent there! Never again ever I will stick with Enterprise.

GOOD SERVICE, NICE STAFFS, APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU IN DISCOUNT OFFICE IN RICHMOND HILL Regards, Sima

Best car and truck rental facility

Stay away from this location if you care even a little about customer service! There were two women (the first one appeared of Indian decent, while the second one was an older Caucasian) working there when I picked up the vehicle. Not only did they lack manners, they were rude and unhelpful. The issue was that I was reluctant to have my signature saved on their computer system, so I asked if there was another way to complete the contract. The first woman had an issue with my concern, while the other started shouting at me, saying what the hell was my problem! Unfortunately, I needed the car at the time, so I tried to deal appropriately with them. However, when I was given the key, none of the personnel came out with me to the car to do the inspection, and said the car was fine. Upon my inspection, there was a dent on the side, which I brought to their attention, but they had issue with that as well. I spoke to Hertz using their online contact information, but they told me that the location was independently operated. Later I tried contacting the manager and owner of the location and left messages. However, I have not received a response in the last few months. It was a terrible experience, and I would not even give a star if that was possible.

Best rental company ever screws all of you who think it's bad because its amazing service and quality products at a good rate thanks so much
