Car Rental

Good car rental with affordable price

It was an absolutely incredible experience. Everyone was super nice. Manager drove to another rental location to get us a grand caravan. No hassles, quick service. Will rent from here again

Been using this place for a while, no issues yet and they are usually friendly and chirpy in the morning.

Picked up a car for a short trip. Super clean car, exactly what I needed. All staff was very easy to deal with. Saturday worker Brody was very helpful. Highly recommend this spot

Excellent prices and the service was even better. I am very happy with the work performed and would highly recommend Kanata Collision to friends and family.

Professional and efficient.

Had a reservation weeks in advance only to be called an hour before pick up and told that the car was unavailable. Not the first time this has happened with this company. Gave this branch a chance . . . never again

Nice staff and really good service. I will rent another car with them for sure!

I rented three Cars recently, and I received an excellent customer service from Mussa. He was most helpful and flexible to find accommodation for me. Very professional and courteous, he solved my problem . I highly recommend this location. Olivier Delcourt. Ottawa.

Really great customer service here from both Amar and Yousseff. I booked an hour prior to arriving and they only had two vehicles, a Cadillac CTS and a minivan of some sort. My online caa reservation was for a full size and they allowed me to take the Cadillac for the same price. Really nice ride and easy rental process. Will definitely be coming back for my rentals going forward.

Reserved 1 month in advance, didnt have truck on hand when we arrived, had to wait 45 minutes.

Great people to deal with!

Always great customer service. Which is extremely important. Merci

Worst experience ever, did not receive my car and was stranded at the train station for hours because their shuttle never showed up. Even more they couldn't even get him to answer his phone. Missed my business conference because of their horrible staff!

The best car rental service I ever have! The managers are nice and patiently, the vehicles are always well-prepared (snow-tires on in winter), and the price is great. I've been here twice and compared to my personal experiences (more than 20 times) from any other car rental companies all over Ottawa-Gatineau, I would say yes this is the best one! The only issue is the distance(a little bit far from ottawa), and I received the pick-up service (at history museum). And trust me, it's worth to even take an uber for renting the car from here.

Bon service

You really don't have any cars??? Come on that's BS. Bad service!

Pretty much all rent-a-car companies are same but Alamo is probably better than others in terms of front desk service. Nice and quick.

Payless to cost you more.no recommendable. Bug hassle for everything
