Avoid dealing with this company. They will lie to you and then leave you with no vehicle at the last minute.
I reserved a cargo van at this location and when I showed up, found out the location had closed months ago and I was left stranded without a vehicle. I called the nearest other discount office and they initially said they would bring me to their office to get a van, but then they changed their minds. Turns out they didn't have a van either and they also refused to pick me up; leaving me stranded out at the Palladium auto park; I had to take a taxi home.

This complaint is in regards to the booking made to barrhaven toyota location in Ottawa. My wife and I were extremely disappointed with the service provided to us at this location, never it has happened in any of our experience that we have walked out of a rental car location without a rental car. I repeat, without a car. We spent two and half hours with my two year old son at the location waiting for the car and to our huge dismay ended up walking out without one because of your inability to arrange one.
Further more, NO effort has been made to follow up on this disaster of a way that you guys handled this booking despite emailing the regional branch manager, this is not even disappointing its way beyond that.
